I’m no coach, so take it for what it’s worth, but one glaring thing I notice is grip grip grip. From the looks of it, your grip looks insanely weak. You can see how that affects the club face at the top of your backswing (the club face is wide open). This will cause you all sorts of issues when trying to square up the face. I’d strengthen my grip to try getting to neutral; buy one of those grip trainers and put it on an old club.
