EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) – For the third-straight year, Wisconsin’s best division two golfer is Belle Kongshaug of Colfax/Elk Mound.

Posting back-to-back 74 rounds, Kongshaug’s 148 total, and four-over finish, brought home her third WIAA state championship medal.

The three state titles follow a runner-up finish her freshman year. Kongshaug becomes the fifth golfer to finish their high school career with three or more individual state championship wins.

Kongshaug’s younger sister Clara finished fifth in her first trip to University Ridge, helping Colfax/Elk Mound to a third-place team finish.

Spooner wins the 2025 division two team title, their first in program history.
