  2. The finisher for the Glute workout is whack 😭🔥because every Sunday in my boxing class I can only do for mt finisher 30 jump squat and 1 minute plank 😂 anyway I just hope I don't collapse from Liv's insane Glute workout 👏🏻.

  3. Hip thrusts are scientifically shown to be the ideal glute workout. Literally that motion is what your glutes do. Yet most dudes are so embarrassed to do them that flat asses are still the nurm on guys. If you've not pulling attention from all angles, you're missing a trick.

  4. I love coming back to this every now and then because Liv is such a lovable goofy person. She radiates such beautiful pure energy it's impossible not to smile while watching her. I absolutely love her laugh too.
