You need to add athletic dynamics. Reverse the shaft so that the handle is out. Then swing it without a ball. Listen to the woosh. You want the woosh just after the ball. Now keep swinging faster. That will throw you off balance. Now flex,spread your legs, and set your core just enough to be able to make the complete turn and can maintain balance. Once you’ve got your athletic swing, go to town on the ball not worrying about control. Try to locate the center of the face on the ball with this killing it swing. Once you’ve hit it sweet and send-it, your muscle memory will begin to develop your golf swing. If you don’t work up a lather, your not swinging hard enough. That should get you to the point of addiction to which you build your game around.

You don’t really need to keep swinging back after the club is parallel to the ground, unless you feel like you have to for your swing I guess. The back portion of your backswing doesn’t generate your power try so to think of it like you’re putting your club in the correct starting position to swing from. Doesn’t look too bad though

Set up closer to the ball and try to be more inside out on swing path

Get the weight back in your heels. Really asking to come over the top cos all your weight is on your toes. Sit back like you are going to sit on the toilet.
