European Ryder Cup winners taunt Trump with chant, trophy
The European team took home the victory in the Ryder Cup golf tournament and posted a video taunting Trump showing off their trophy.
The plan includes about 12 golf simulators, multiple bars, dining areas, and an outdoor patio.The proposal also calls for expanding the parking lot from 108 to 140 spaces.The business, The Clubhouse of Somerset County, is scheduled to appear before the township Planning Board.
BRIDGEWATER – An indoor golf facility with multiple bars, dining areas and more is proposed for a vacant furniture store on westbound Route 22.
The Clubhouse of Somerset County, doing business as Not Just Golf, is scheduled to appear before the township Planning Board on Oct 21 to convert the former Safavieh Furniture store west of Bill Vince’s Bridgewater Accura into a facility comparable to the one it operates on Route 46 in Fairfield.
The Clubhouse of Somerset County will offer approximately 12 golf simulator suites – 10 on the first floor and two VIP suites on the second floor – if it recevies township approval.
Also proposed are multiple bars, dining areas, casual lounges, private event rooms and a membership lounge.
An outdoor patio at the rear of the building is also planned for socializing and golf-related activities.
The plan also calls for the reconfiguration and expansion of the parking lot from 108 to 140 spaces.
Safavieh Furniture, which closed in September after opening in early 2019, was the third furniture store to close at the site. The building originally housed Huffman Koos then was replaced by Raymour and Flanagan Outlet.
