  2. I started at 288lbs now down to 264.. I watched rampage talking about stairs. I have been doing 1000k to 1600 4-6 times a week with lifting. Results in 3 weeks

  3. Push pull legs split? What the hell is that. He didn't do strict form but 30 with that form is still impressive work by him. Respect! Should have done 20 perfect form gold standard pull ups would have been even more impressive imo.
