Hard to tell from this angle, but looks like your takeaway has you swaying off the ball. The right knee coming towards the camera is the indicator of that. I try and get that knee to go forward towards the ball instead of away from the target.

Trail leg is fully extended then the foot continues to push making it even longer. Pulls you away from the ball, working against side bend. Looks like you hunch to reach but it’s too far.
Check out Jack Nicklaus talking about keeping the trail foot down through impact. Try also, to swing without fully extending trail leg in backswing so you don’t have a correction instinct otw back down.

Where is your target. You are not setup with your alignment parallel with the mat edges and you have not laid down a club to indicate your target direction.
Any analysis of your swing has to start with your intended target.
too steep, let the club head fall behind you as you transition (slow top to this spot by 50%) and let the weight of the club do the work so you can go forwards from the inside
