We’ve just come back from the Bowwood Golf Resort and Spa in Wiltshire. What a lovely stay we had. We did the golf and spa experience and this was the beautiful hotel. As you come into the lobby, it’s such a lovely stately old building. Nice high ceilings. You come through and uh joining off the lobby, you’ve got this relaxation room with the lovely bar and then the Shelborn restaurant just to one side which is a double A rosette restaurant. And on a beautiful day like we had, you can sit out on the terrace looking out over the academy course with a nice refreshing drink. Very nice indeed. There’s a very friendly feeasant and there’s also some lovely chicks and stuff. There’s a library just off the restaurant as well. A nice relaxation room. This is our room. We sit in number 339, which is a standard double. And straight away, I think you can see they’re pretty big rooms. We had a lovely nice big double bed. Very high ceilings, which gives a great feeling of space. A double wardrobe. Uh looking out over the academy course as well, which is always nice if you’re a golfing fan. Nice tea and coffee facilities. an espresso machine, teapot, and then actually a beautiful bathroom with a separate shower. These were really nice. Rare to get a separate shower and a separate bath. That is very nice with very nice smellies, too. I opted for the steak in the restaurant in the evening, which I think was a very good choice. I also added a macaroni cheese size, which to be honest, could been cheesier. This is the breakfast. The next morning you had a full buffet and then you were able to order anything you’d like off the menu. I did go for a full W of breakfast because why muck around and some lovely pastries actually really really good. And not only was that we were obviously then for the golf experience. Me and my mate Ben here playing golf on the beautiful number one ranked course in Wiltshire. Um, just a couple of clips of Ben playing and it was a beautiful day out on the golf course. Relaxation areas outside. The girls thoroughly enjoyed themselves in the spa whilst me and Ben were playing golf. They have jacuzzi’s, sauners, steam rooms, couple of happy couples.
