Trump’s granddaughter Kai shares video of them bonding during round of golf

Donald Trump’s granddaughter, Kai Trump, gave a rare glimpse at their close bond by filming their private golf session.

In her new video series, entitled “1 on 1 with Kai,” the pair discussed life, politics and sports while they played a game of best ball at the President’s golf course, Trump International, in Washington DC.

Kai, a University of Miami commit and member of the Canes’ golf team, explained that this particular video was special for her.

“I had an amazing time filming with my Grandpa to kick off my new series called 1 on 1 with Kai.’ In the video, everyone gets to see the bond we have, especially on the golf course,” Kai wrote. “This is my favorite video I have filmed so far and holds a lot of meaning to me. I hope you enjoy this very special video. Out now on YouTube!”

Trump, who sported a “MAGA” hat, was complimentary of Kai’s swing as he drove his presidential golf cart during the 1-hour session.

The 18-year-old Kai appeared to surprise Trump when she asked, “Is there a dream that you’re still trying to chase? Or have you reached all your dreams?”

Talking to his granddaughter Kai Trump, the president opened up about what still drives him.

He shared that his first dream was to become president… something he’s already accomplished.

The president replied, “You’re asking questions like you’re a television company. I thought I was just going to come out and play a round of golf with you… You’re asking questions like I’m on Television.”

Trump explained that his dream was to become president, and now that he is, he wants to be a “great” president.

“I think you’re doing a pretty great job,” Kai said.

Elsewhere, Trump said that he enjoys watching all sports, adding that his favorite event is the Ryder Cup, which he attended last month at Bethpage Black in New York.

The Europeans beat Team USA, 15-13.

Kai is the president’s eldest grandchild, and the daughter of his son, Donald Trump Jr. and ex-wife Vanessa Trump. The Post confirmed in March that Vanessa is dating golf legend Tiger Woods.

The couple and Kai attended the The Genesis Invitational at Torrey Pines in February.

Kai has a massive social media following, including 3.4 million TikTok followers, 2.4 million on Instagram and 899,000 followers on X.

In July, she announced an NIL deal with Accelerator Active Energy as an equity partner alongside former LSU gymnast Olivia “Livvy” Dunne and Chiefs’ star tight end Travis Kelce.
