Alexander Usyk, Tyson Fury. Let’s have a look at both of them. Age not too much there. 35 37. IBO, WBA, WBO, heavyweight champion of the world. Alexander, [Applause] WBC heavyweight champion of the world, the Jypy King, Tyson [Applause] Fury. Alexander and Tyson, you had your instructions in the dressing room. Touch gloves. Good luck to both of you. Touch him up. Round one to declare an undisputed heavyweight champion for the first time in a quarter century. Let’s make history. It’s all about the jab for Tyson Fury. That punch go then from Fury there. Little double feet. At this level and with the stakes this high, one mistake could prove fatal. There’s plenty of real estate to work with as Fury’s backed against the corner. I don’t think it’s going to be long until we see that left hand. Absolutely. Again, that double feet. He used that against Wilder. Saw that in the second one. Usyk looks so much smaller in there. Yeah, he’s found the home for that left hand to the body as well. Usyk for us, though. He left the hands where they were. You cannot do that against Usyk. Oh, lovely bit of movement there from Fury. Robin Weaving. Oh, Usyk again. Fury with the ones and twos and then that uppercut to the body right there. I want that little guy get too close and catch me clean. Nice jab there from Fury. Stiff one. And generally speaking Oh, there’s a left hand again from Usyk. That’s been his best punch. Doesn’t seem to phase Usyk who keeps marching forward. Just relentless. Just needs to hold the center of the rings for a passage. He’s got Fury exactly where he wants him on the back foot. This is the lightest Fury has been in 5 years. Hand on Fury there on the top of the head. Second fight. Oh, big mid loose. Here he says, “Pound me again.” He did it a couple of times in the opening round as well. Pound. All right. It’s coming. Don’t worry about it. It’s coming. Don’t worry about it. Be fast. With your hands, your feet going to do all the work. Sugar Hill Stewart in the corner with Fury asking for more body shots. Fury, good work. There’s a one, two. He did commit to it though. He touched with that right hand there, Fury. But Fury looking more than once to throw that right hand to the body. Lovely work. That’s good work there from Tyson Fury. You can see that with he didn’t turn from the hips. Mike, did you expect us to be so aggressive? Smile there from getting patients off their all week long and even in the introductions here tonight. A good strategy after Daniel Dubois sent Usyk to the canvas, but it was deemed a low blow. Tyson Fury would have to work every minute of every round. Well, he did say it is broken shot there from [Applause] still feels like it’s 50/50. [Applause] Nice left in the center. Get backed up again. Nice jab though by Fury [Applause] to the body. He’s really whipping that right to the body. Lovely bo shot downstairs. It’s a scorecard through three rounds. Yeah, I’ve got a two rounds to run in favor of Alexander holding his feet a little more here. Fury. Oh, good work to the body. Oh, there’s a left and that got us off balance. I don’t know if he slipped or buckled it. Fury crossing lovely getting more comfortable as you said there and he’s starting to flow a little bit just dip the legs a bit and slide into the distance down with that left to the body to bend those knees just leaning into it. There’s a right but Usyk’s just missing with that overhand left. Fury had a chance maybe to step on the gas there but again he elects working pretty well with that lead and he’s starting to put a bit more weight. Must have to look at that when he does that little faint feel. Sometimes he doubles it up to look the faint and let his hands go. It gives a little bit of just a fluid fluidity in his work. The world we haven’t seen a fight of this magnitude in this division since Holyfield Linux. It’s close enough though, is it? Total punches through round four. Fury has outlanded Usyk by five, but has thrown hit him on the temple. I just think he lost his foot in there. That was handed us and now Lucy letting his hands go. He’s got to push on though. F. He’s got to go at him though. Andy Le is saying exactly that in the corner. As you said, he jab knee back again. [Applause] He’s got to get a little bit lower there. lose it when he comes in. I think trying to box Usyk off the back foot isn’t going to work in this fight. Usyk’s defense. Is this the same man who had a fight against Francis? Oh, that was way low and it really got under Usyk’s nerves. M just thinking the cut was from a punch. I think he’s around late on that one. Though he’s having a good passage here, Fury Usyk’s making him work. It’s a lot of pressure and a rare foray forward for Tyson not too long ago over his right eye which postponed the original meeting. There’s a right uppercut. He’s in complete control right now or so it seems. Yeah, it was a nice stabbing right hand as well. He’s looking for that uppercut again. Good shot. That was a good shot and come off his elbow. Fury needs to Excuse me. Usyk needs to change the game here again. Usyk making it work really hard. Fury Fury downstairs backpedaling. He’s wondering what’s going on. He’s trying to from Fury like a brick on us. Make him carry the weight. Fury is getting bigger. Dusk is getting smaller bumps his step. Get a bit of rhythm to his work. [Applause] Keep twisting through your core. Go. Yeah. I mean, incredible. Two rounds that right up. I believe it’s the ninth round of their second fight. Lucy looked like he might be on his way out. Target shot there for us there. Yeah. the second round. He hasn’t thrown it really since. That’s a good straight left. It’s a new It’s a new experience for him, but now he’s going to let his hands go here. How well he’s found the target with the right to the body. Thought he might struggle. Fury didn’t take a breath there, wasn’t there? That’s a good shot to the chest. He needs to throw the the left hook upstairs. Oh, there’s a left from Usyk again. And again, Fury fights back. Oh, right handed. That wobbled Fury. I mean, excuse me. At this level, it’s all about making the adjustments. [Music] These last two rounds have been big, big, big for Fury. Whether it be to the body or the uppercut, just whips it in. Such speed and power. Has 35 proessions. Good right from Fury as he was going backwards to his right and throw that left hand upstairs. He leans back. Oh, left for us. He’s really dabbing at the nose and the eye a lot. Fury pump up there. And he’s starting to do that little bend in the knees. Keep them keep hopefully things don’t get out of control. Oh, right hand from us. Fury to the body. whipping it back in. Upper cut as well. There’s the shot. Usyk backed off. Not a good right hand from Fury. Doing the right thing. Fury, not trading with Usyk. He wants to walk us onto a shot. Oh, there one and Fury said no. Being big doesn’t mean anything or it will be the elephant that would be the king of not the lion. A surge of energy. Yeah. Needs to take that little step and these guys are not letting go. There’s in trouble. The big fella, the gypsy king. You believe it. You believe it. The referee must stop it. Fury. He’s down. Knock down. for the eighth time in his career. He doesn’t look right. Will he be saved by the bell? Have nothing in them at all. And that’s it for the bell rings. He’ll see another round. But oh my word, will we see the Gypsy King go down in flame? Even though he was having a good round, nothing. Look at this. What a shot right across the body. But he always gets up like the Undertaker, but this time to fury up. Oh, good one. And again, it passes face that shot. Good right hand when he leans back. Fury leaves that right hand exactly where it is. And that’s why he’s finding the left hand. Fury does seem to have his bounce back. As I say that and right now here in round 11, it’s still 5050. Just the energy, isn’t it? Just struggling with the energy there. A good shot, but Todd, I’ve got a 9594 in favor of Alexander Us. But you give Fury an inch, she’ll take a yard. Just ask Deontay Wilder. That’s better from us. That’s the the natural movement. That cross from us snapped the chin of Fury who’s holding on again. So that took a bit off of us that that last round. He’s about to write the storm. Fury needed to win this round there just to extend the momentum out of US. Good shot for us again. Oh, left. And that one punch could have won the round for Usyk to win Usyk the round. He may have needed it. Don’t cross your goddamn legs. Be ready to punch. Bang. Bang. You ain’t got to go hard. Targeting the body. Usyk. And then going back upstairs, we see him have success with that early. Everything on the line. The undisputed heavyweight championship for the world. Oh, it’s just knocking back and he keeping with the whole flight overhand left. There’s one way to make sure you win it. First half of the round through Fury coming back. [Applause] Fury. That’s a better jump there from Tyson Fury. That’s the one that he’s left for the last four. Whatever happens here, they’ve earned each other’s respect now. [Music] Scores for us. Catching punches could be absolutely crucial. Was desperate to get close. Good left hand to get complaining about a headbutt. 10 seconds left. Period. Usyk gave us a show for the ages. What a fight, Tom. What a fight. Everyone on their feet. Ladies and gentlemen, here in Riad, Saudi Arabia, we go to the scorecards to the winner by split decision from Ukraine Alexander. He’s done it. Now, the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world.
