Yeah, I’m with you. I’m not sure many people could. Last year was a summer of Barbie, but he’s bringing it back. Good controlled aggression so far in the set from Alcarez again. So again breaks down from Luchiano Dari not wasting too much energy whatsoever this opening week here at the US Open is Alcarez he starts trying to hit a little quicker that one over 100 miles an hour it’s another double fault and he just read him such incredible anticipation see if he can escape with some more deliveries at this time. Alcarez is going to get a swing at this one. Will six double fault. Unfortunately for Luchiano Dar and despite the problems with the leg, it is Alcar who leads by two sets to love. Do that. There probably are some who have a very small. Yes, that’s so good. You know, if you have one or two matches, you might How do you resist all that food? How do you do it? You can’t. You can’t. Let’s cut him some slack. Yep. [Music] [Applause] 1540. [Applause] 30 40 done. Still fighting out here, Dar. Three match points saved. Definitely apparent. Zarez on the brink again. Talk about smooth for Carlos Alcarez into the Sweet 16 here at the US Open without dropping a set just as he did back in 2022. Nice embrace at the net for two players to go all the way back to the junior days. known each other since they were teenagers. But Alcarez looking in ominous touch right now. There’s that familiar golf celebration that we’re seeing on this court. It’ll be a Frenchman up next for him. Either Benjamin Bonsi or Artur Reindesh. Gets this one done in just about an hour and 3/4. 62 64.

  1. I will hit the dislike button until they decide to stop spoiling the outcome of the match in the thumbnail

  2. Not sure in every era, why only 3 or 4 players advance to qf or sf consistently, what about others.. .are they only dependant on Trainings not personal guts….

  3. LoL I noticed Darderi hiring his forehands like he had something to prove, but clearly Carlos showed him who owns the court when he plays. 😂

  4. 3 meager minutes of ‘highlights’ of a major match, in which you sometimes show BOTH SERVES OF A DOUBLE FAULT is unacceptable. You’re not even trying to show the best points, just a few sets points and maybe 4 worth watching. Terrible.

  5. Why is Alcaraz always getting suspecious easy draws. He does not face anybody until the semi finals for Gods sake. This is repeating itself over and over again and journalists and commentators have been pointing this out for 1 to 2 yes already but it just keeps happening .Go look at the draw for sinner and go back to look at the draws for 1 1/2 yrs and see how Alcaraz has this magical ability to face no one that could challenge him until the quater finals or this case the semi finals. What this means is he can coast through to the quater finals and or semi finals mostly in straight sets with very short court time and this means by the time he has any real challenge all the other matches are like practice and all he needs to do is win the the quater of semi and he is already in the final like a cake walk.I know he knows this is and has been playing out for him and it certainly looks like no coincidence but intentiional draw fraud.
