What do you think of this mini driver that was recently traded in? This left-handed TaylorMade R7 Quad Mini has 11 degrees of loft and is cut down 1.5 inches to nearly the length of a 7-wood.

Another example of the really unique inventory we have at Second Swing. Sometimes it’s tourists shoe clubs, sometimes it’s really rare colorings or stampings on it. Other times it’s just the build of it. And so today we’ve got a left-handed R seven quad mini. But that’s just getting started in terms of the unique aspects of this. We have a Fujakura Ventus Velcor 7S red shaft. But the key part about the shaft is the length. This is down to 42 and 1/4 in, which is actually close to about a 7wood length. And then you also have this really cool grip on it, the 007 golf pride grip, of course, James Bond. And then you have 11 and a half on the loft as well. So it’s almost playing a driver loft in a sevenwood length. Really unique stuff here. What part of this club is your favorite? And would you put this in the bag if you’re a lefty? Make sure you tell us in the comments.

  1. Broke the shaft on my Ping G425 SFT driver. Had to order a new shaft so I used the shaft from my Ping 7 wood while I was waiting. I was so pleased with performance I just ordered a replacement shaft for my 7 wood. Hoping to return the driver shaft when it arrives. PS didn’t correct the swing weight at all.

  2. 😂….been playing this for years..As a sub-6ft lefty I play shorter shafts on my driver-7wood…This is only new to tall ppl looking for a lil advantage or variety whereas this is a neccessity for me to even play
