When people are introduced to aimoint, they definitely are quicker with their reads. So, we know for a fact that people moving around the green, having a look from all angles, uh, is a waste of time. And what we teach people in the aimoint class is they should be taking about 10 seconds for their read. So, people are always shocked just how quick they are reading putts. One of the first things we hear from people in the class is, “This is much quicker than I thought it was.” Is it difficult to learn aim point? No. People are shocked just how easy it is to learn the system, how quickly they can use it in their own game. And we teach people short putts, middle putts, long putts, and double breakers in their first introduction to Aimoint. And that pretty much covers everything they need to know. Is Aimoint quick? Yeah, it’s the fastest way to read a putt. We know straight away that as soon as people start using Aimoint, they’re surprised how fast it is to use the system. Is Aimoint difficult to learn? Not at all. We designed it for children. It just so happens that the first three people that were introduced to it were PGA Tour players and two of those won pretty quickly after using the system. Is Aimoint only for professional players? Not at all. Aimoint is something that anybody can learn to use. Beginners should start by using Aimoint because then they don’t have so many manipulations or bad habits from misreads. So absolutely anyone can learn a point. Do we see stroke issues cleaning up when they learn a point? For sure. Uh if someone knows where they need to start the ball and it’s factually correct, then a lot of the mechanics, the pushes, the pulls, the speed issues, they go quite quickly. Is there a freedom with aim point to focus on other things? Absolutely. Because once you have your read, you know your start line and now you can focus on speed control or anything else you’re trying to implement like a change in posture or stroke mechanic. But realistically, once you’ve got your read and you’re only worried about speed, that’s when we see the big benefit to players. The number one benefit from main point less three putts. Are there statistical improvements for golfers? 100%. I mean, a lot of the club level golfers are having five or six three putts around. So, we can see an improvement there straight away. We see people much more comfortable at six foot and in the scary putts and they’re missing their putts a lot closer which leads a lot less tidy up putts or stressful putts. Yeah, we talk about the feedback loop a lot with putting which would be was the read good? Was the speed good? And does your start line match? And when players can get feedback from their putts on the golf course, they’re constantly trying to unlock the puzzle. Yeah, there’s definitely a case for people less scared about missing the putt. So they get to be able just to free play if you like. They get to just play the putt as opposed to worrying about what’s coming next. Whenever we introduce people to Aimoint, one of the first things that they will tell us is they’ve actually sped up their processes. They’re quicker on the greens because they’re not walking around and trying to visualize break or some of them are just trying to make a decision. Uh the aimoint system is very fast and repeatable and the the feedback straight away is how quick it is, how simple it is. Yeah. Something we see with players is once they are actually used to using the system and they can execute their reads much faster because they’re not worried so much about getting it wrong, they can move into speed control a lot quicker and what really matters which is getting the speed getting the start line to match. You know, one of the beautiful things about Aimoint is how quick players can learn it and how quickly they can adopt it and use it in their own in their own games. Once they’re introduced to the concepts, they’re reading parts straight away and everyone is confident to use it the same day and forever after. One of the the most annoying things that we hear and quite often it is always coming from somebody that’s had no intent to learn a point or to research it is that it slows the game down. And we’ve been to tournaments, we’ve timed the tour players, and they’re always at least half as quick as the guys that are just using visual cues or the old read. We know it’s quicker. People that learn a point know it’s quicker. The only people that say it’s slower, the people that can’t be bothered to learn it or have got no interest in understanding the truth behind it. One of the things that we don’t understand is how the commentators will accuse a point of slowing down play. Uh, all the tour players that use it know they’re quicker than the guys that aren’t using it. In fact, the people that are using it incorrectly, that haven’t learned with a certified instructor, they might be doing something wrong. We don’t recognize that as an Apoint read. It’s a version of aim point that they’ve probably thrown something else into. Those guys potentially could be slow. And that’s why you have to see an Apoint certified instructor to learn it properly.
