Hey everybody, Barry from Over 50 Golf here. Today I want to show you a really cool practice sequence you can use to really help simplify your swing, improve how your body mo moves and and sync up your arms and body turn for a m much better swing sequence and overall much more consistent golf swing. You know, two areas of the golf swing that golfers really really struggle with is the pivot and the motion of the arms. They’re either overturning when they swing the golf club or they on the back swing, you know, they overturn the body too much and then they unwind with the upper body too much coming into the ball and that causes swing direction issues, low point issues. You know, contact is generally not very good and they don’t know how to get the arms and body to move together. you know, they’re kind of arms are kind of taking over and, you know, contact structure is not very good and they’re not able to make good solid contact. And what we want to do is really simplify that so you don’t have to think about that too much, you know, because there’s there’s a lot of talk in golf instructions, you got to, you know, turn and use the body and use the ground and all that. And golfers really struggle with the coordination of that and their consistency ends up suffering. Especially for the over 50 golfer as you start to struggle with a little bit of maybe mobility as you get older, right? We don’t turn and move as freely as we used to. Gets a little harder. Then you force it too much and it makes it worse. So today I’m going to show you a practice sequence that you can do. You can do this at home. You don’t need any special equipment. You can gener you can use it on a as a warm-up out on the driving range. You can use as a preparation on the golf course. By all means, if you know, if you want to take it to the range and hit some balls or you have an area to hit some balls at home, that’s even more ideal.
