You said the way your players have played is maybe partly to blame for some of the fans crossing the line. I I did not say that. That’s not what I said. Okay. I said the fans are probably upset that their home team is losing. I did not say that. Okay. Sorry. But do you think maybe do you you you bear some responsibility in terms of some of the words that you and your players used beforehands in terms of stoking up the fans to bring a hostile. What words were those? To bring chaos and just talking up the atmosphere. Color. Yeah. I mean, there’s uh RDER Cups are wild. I don’t appreciate those words that you just said. I know what you’re trying to do. Um the the the RDER Cup is full of passionate fans. Um they’re full of passionate players and that wasn’t right.

There's a huge difference between being a passionate fan and being a rude a$$hole. Apparently, it was more important for the US fans to insult the Europeans than to cheer on their own team. We don't need to discuss how unsportsmanlike it is; it goes without saying that it's absolutely stupid.
Keegan did a great job with this interview and with being captain of the US team. You play very well the first two days and the US a few opportunities and that was pretty much it. The fans in New York were about we thought they would be. Unless you were there it’s hard to know exactly how bad They were. I think it’s being overblown a little bit. New York fans are very negative. To everyone. They boo their own team. A boo the enemy team they boo the officials and they boo other fans. When was the last time anyone in America played foursome? When was the last time you played alternate shots? You’ve probably never done it. I don’t actually know how much Europeans do this but I’ve heard that they do it a lot. The Europeans have a team cup, which is like a practice for the Reidar cup. We have the president’s cup, which we do very well in, but apparently that is not the same thing as the writer cup. I think that some of our players were not at their best while some of the European players were peeking right now i.e. Tommy Fleetwood. It is disappointing. I’m not sure how to fix it. I think playing more team play events that involve alternate shot forums would be excellent. I think getting some of the champions tour players to come and hang out with the team would also be fun for the guys and inspiring.
Ryder cup is wild yes, totally agree, but there’s a line you don’t cross and i think that you know that.
