Apparently, my text didn’t send with the picture… It’s from Callaway Preowned in “Good” condition. The chip is as seen and has those tiny webs that go out around an inch or two in length. I can only tell that the paint is chipped, and the carbon underneath is whole as far as I can tell. I put it in water, and no noticeable bubbles came out. Is it already dead, soon to be dead, or a cosmetic blemish on an otherwise great condition club?

Yep. Go to a golf store and half them process a return. You’ll get a new one in like two weeks.
I broke my used Paradym and got a smoke as a replacement.

Just put a qi35 sticker on it and call her good bud.
