A total of 84 members competed on the prestigious Earth Course at Jumeirah Golf Estates in the monthly OMA Emirates Medalford, the second qualifying round for the DP World Tour Championship Pro-Am Challenge.
Oliver Lalani claimed the October 2025 Medalford title, in association with Unique Holding, and secured a place in the Pro-Am Challenge with a composed four under par, net 68. “I struck the ball well today and felt in control throughout the round,” Lalani said.
In the Gross Medal Division, Louis Thorne fired a level-par 72 to win by a single stroke over Jason Hilton. Division A, for male golfers with a handicap of 10.4 and below, saw Paul McMahon take victory with a three under par, net 69, ahead of Alex Wahyman (net 70) and Robert Lightfoot (net 71).
Division B, for golfers with a handicap of 10.5 and above, was dominated by Richard Bernans, whose three under par, net 69, secured the division title by nine strokes. Maria Talakina won the Ladies Division with a two over par, net 74, while Abdulla Darwish topped the Junior Division with the same score.
Alan Sheepwash claimed the Seniors title with three under par, net 69, and Edward Long led the Stableford field with 38 points, winning via countback over Yaser Almarzooqi.
So, this means the below Members have qualified for the DP World Tour Championship Pro-Am Challenge Final, alongside those who qualified in last month’s September Medalford:

The DP World Tour Championship Pro-Am Challenge Final will be played on the Fire course on Saturday 25th October 2025, with three lucky competitors securing a spot in the 2025 Rolex Pro-Am.
