The main feature is a small weight chip inside the velcro flap of the glove (it is fitted in and won’t come loose at all, I cut it open just to see what it looked like inside!)

When you take a backswing, the chip slides down at the top of the swing and makes a small “click” sound. This is the signal for the downswing to begin
.
This is actually quite similar to the viral ‘toilet roll drill’ where you put a toilet roll on the shaft and wait for it to slide down the shaft at the top of your backswing. This is the same principle but a lot more practical and means you don’t have to carry around toilet roll with you!

Then when you swing down, you should hear/feel the click again at impact given that you are releasing the club properly at the right time

On top of this, the grip on the glove is really padded in the palm as well with a guide line on where to place the grip in your fingers

It’s made of really stretchy material while being super lightweight making it one of the comfiest gloves out there
.
I believe that it wouldn’t be legal to use in competition but it does make for a great practice aid on the range
.
You will find that at the top of the swing it forces you to have a slight delay before swinging down, this just gives you the chance to set yourself properly and not to rush down and lash at the ball swing through

Just using it for 10 minutes, hitting a dozen or so balls I noticed a difference in my ball striking. I could feel myself starting the downswing smoother and releasing the power through impact a lot better than normal
