Been working on the grip and getting it more in my fingers. How much of a space should be between club and palm after I wrap it over?

A neutral grip would mean that the “V” your thumb and finger make points to your right shoulder (if you’re right handed) which it appears it does. My coach was able to fit his finger between the club and my hand from the top of the grip when gripped correctly

Yeah, looks pretty good from what I can see. Looks like my grip, but I’m running larger diameter grips and that separates my thumb and finger a little bit.

No. The left-hand grip is wrong. The club grip should not be so far into all the fingers. There are plenty of descriptions and videos out there on YouTube, etc.

Here’s another way to look at it: Place your club across the first bone of your index finger diagonally towards the muscle on the pinky side of your palm near your wrist, which is known as the hypothenar eminence. Wedge the club into that muscle with your index finger. You should be able to hold the club horizontally that way with the proper grip. Middle, ring, and pinky finger wrapped around the shaft grip from there.
