Paige Spiranac took fans on a trip through Europe and a trip down memory lane. Last week, the popular golf influencer shared a series of snapshots from a recent getaway that included stops in France and Italy.

The relaxation didn’t last long. By Saturday, Spiranac was back on the golf course and not exactly pleased with her performance.
“Played terribly today but at least my outfit was cute,” the 32-year-old joked on X alongside a selfie from a golf cart.

Spiranac has spent much of the past week immersed in Ryder Cup chatter after Europe defeated the U.S. 15-13 for a second straight tournament. She weighed in on topics ranging from Viktor Hovland’s withdrawal due to injury to fan behavior toward Rory McIlroy and his family.

Spiranac shared a personal anecdote to illustrate how ugly things can get in the stands.
“I was at a football game recently and this man in front of me was disgustingly drunk, yelling the most vile s-t to players and opposing fans in the stands, spilling his drink everywhere, wanting to fight people, and it completely ruined the experience for me and everyone around him,” she wrote.

She added that the man’s young nephew began mimicking him, saying the same things as his family laughed.
“This behavior is taught,” Spiranac said. “You can have passion, chirp, have fun banter, enjoy yourself at the event or game but there’s a line and it’s crossed so many times now.”
