Rasmus Hojgaard. Great finnish in Sanderson Farms Championship. PGA Tour.
rest was after a long and very successful week last week at the RDER Cup. You come here and you play very well. Um after kind I’m guessing you got a little rest there after Thursday. It’s kind of a assess the whole week as a assess the week as a whole. Yeah, it started um obviously quite low on energy at the start of the week. So it started a bit slow but uh yeah played played some great golf here in the weekend and I managed to jump up on the on the leaderboard. Was it just kind of the energy kind of came back or did you find something in your game over the last couple days? I I think my game got sharper and sharper as the week went on. Um puted great, especially today. I’ve been putting great all week, but especially today. Felt like the hole was uh was a big bucket. So, uh it’s always nice when you have that feeling. And and you you’re going to Japan next week, correct? How much confidence does this kind of give you going happen on that long flight going over to Japan? It feels good. You know, every time you play good golf, it’s uh it’s a big confidence boost. And uh yeah, I’m looking forward to Japan. Japan is one of my favorite spots to go to. So hopefully I can take some of this with me. And obviously obviously this high finish this week is going to help just your standing in the um in the FedEx Cup as you’re coming in. Do you maybe reset some goals now like with the last like five events of of of the fall here? uh trying to maybe obviously want to win that one, but maybe at least trying to look towards that that uh that 50 to 60 range. Yeah, for sure. I mean, I it I don’t think it changes much because I still uh you know, you’re still trying to show up to the events you’re going to play and and and do your best and it’s definitely a boost this week uh after after last week. So, uh yeah, I’m going to I’m going to sit down with with my team and discuss how much we’re going to play. Yeah, you played well this week and then another one of your teammates uh Bob, he won uh today on the DP World Tour. Just comment a little bit about that. Yeah, that that was that was super cool. I actually I watched it this morning at at breakfast. So, I’m super happy for Bob and even Terrell had I think he finished second alone as well. So, good showing from from the boys there. Thank you, sir. Thanks. Thank you. It travels.

Here we go again. Gaslight Central. The commentators are telling us that Fisk and Higgo are why the PGA players are the best in the world. Total bs. First of all, Hojgaard just sneaked in to retain his card. That is the definition of a marginal pro player. High just missed a 3’ putt to stay tied for the lead. So we are talking a second rate tournament where none of the top PGA Tour players are present. AA, not even AAA. Now the major fact that is driving fans bats**t. 25 of the best 50 golfers in the world are not even eligible! At least the European Tour had Koepka and Reed. So these guys are barely Korn Ferry and we have to listen to commentator lies. The spoiled, immature players are destroying the game that was handed to them. It is time for the sponsors to reduce the purses as long as the fields are fractured. The players only care about money. Gone are the days when golf builds character was plausible. And news flash – Tiger is not going to fix the game. He is a walking ad for a pec trainer and Munchhausen. Fortunately hitting golf balls and playing rounds is fun. The rest has turned to s**t.
