We are joined by uh coach Yandre Bazuden Hood, the organizer of the junior tournament. Uh coach Buden Hood, please tell us how the the event was. Um I think we had a good turn uh turnout. Uh we had more than 70 players that entered for the tournament. Um I think it’s a good turnout especially in terms that we only have one tournament left and that is the Masters that is coming up at the end of October. Um so also the level of the play of the guys are awesome. We had a couple of new guys also came in. So that’s good to see for uh 2026. We have our young guys that is coming into the sport and we want to we are happy to see that the sport is growing. Um yeah, so the level of the of the of of games is is is it’s is it’s awesome. Uh I think um I have to give credit to all the coaches. They’ve been working all year and you can see this time around in the year you can see the fruits coming forward and so on. Yeah. So we had a couple of good matches also. We had uh um Deneva and Marie in the semi-final of the under under 25 mix. Um so obviously one of them are going to be facing uh the top men uh for the for the crown. Um yeah, so it’s good to see that the the the girls also uh not only compete but they take on uh uh uh the boys in in in this section. Yeah. So overall we had quite a number of of of of very tough very close matches. Um I think uh the guys from here year forward it’s just a matter of mental mental toughness mental strength uh tactical and so on the but the guys are are really just growing and I’m it’s it’s like butterflies in my stomach when I see how we as a tennis nation progress.
