I shot a 95 on airrated greens. But one thing saved the round. I lost eight strokes driving, but gained 4.8 strokes in my short game with one simple strategy. Get it on the green with the easiest chip possible. I’ll chip with my putter if I can. If there’s too much rough in my putter, I’ll chip using a short iron in a putting stroke. Smart strategy cut a terrible ball striking day from total disaster. Think I can get down to a 15 index? Let me know in the comments.
