I Stayed In The Most Expensive Golf Airbnbs
I found this Airbnb that has a private 18-hole golf course, a fleet of golf carts, and an island green. And this is only one of the three most expensive golf Airbnbs I’ll be going to in this video. Starting in South Kakalaki. This is the Birdie House, Myrtle Beach. It has six bedrooms, can sleep 16 people, and goes for about $3,000 a night. It definitely won’t be the biggest property we go to in this video, but I think what it lacks in size, it makes up for in attention to detail. And it’s got some really cool amenities. An outdoor bar, jacuzzi, a sauna, cold plunge, yoga room, fire pit, hot dogs. That’s pretty sick. And finally, two very welldesigned golf features. I’m going to stop yapping. Let’s go check this place out. At each Airbnb, I’ll be touring the house, testing the amenities, and playing all the golf features. This is nice. First thing I notice when I walk in, case of golf balls sitting there for you as a welcome gift. When you walk in, the first door to your right is the yoga stretch room. There’s some weights in here and some yoga mats. They have these golf forever resistance band things that you can stretch out doing. They’ve got foam rollers. They’ve got a thera body. This is an underrated room. In the hallway, directly under the stairs, there’s this little photo booth room. At the end of the hallway, you turn to your right and you have the kitchen. This thing is huge. Love all the gold accents. Favorite part is the water faucet over top of the stove. I feel like that’s how you know you’ve made it. The breakfast nook. The living room. Just uh just all around good vibes in here. Fun fact, each bedroom is actually named after a different famous golfer. All the artwork is either pictures of the players themselves or it’s themed after the players or things that they’ve done. Love a full commitment to the theme. The Nicholas bathroom. Oh, guys, check this out. There’s a Japanese toilet with a remote. I don’t know how this works, but Oh, it’s kind of light. That’s it for the downstairs living areas. Now, let’s head upstairs. How about these stairs with the underglow? Just a nice touch. I told you guys this place is just well done. Let’s go check out upstairs. Oh, sick. First thing you see when you walk upstairs is like a common area game room. And then surrounding the little game area here, you have five more bedrooms. The Gary Player room, the Sam Sneed room, the Arnold Palmer room. This one doesn’t have a name, but it’s probably the coolest bedroom. It’s got two drop down beds. I forget what you call those. But then it’s also got a full hangout spot and a bar. Pulled up through this door is a little staircase to our first golf feature of the Airbnb. There are two golf features at this place. Let’s go check out the first one. What? The first thing you see is a huge dining room table. Directly next to that is a freezer filled with gleazy hot dogs, full lounge area with three chairs, and then you have your golf simulator. This thing is fully custom built out. It is so well done. There’s a foresight overhead launch monitor. And then there’s also a putt view putt system, which is basically like a launch monitor, but for your putter. Also, the foresight and putt view systems talk to each other. So, when you hit your ball on the green, it shows you exactly where to putt it from in person. The putting green also has some slope to it, so it makes everything feel super realistic, which honestly, I’ve never seen a setup like this before. I thought it was the coolest thing. This might be the coolest feature I’ve ever seen a simulator perform. That does it for the inside. Now, we’re going to go outside and check out the rest of the amenities and the second golf feature. Let’s go take a look. When you walk out the back door, directly to your right, you have a sauna. A really nice one, too. Cold tub, hot tub. Yeah. Oh, that feels on the other side of the patio. You have a outdoor kitchen with a massive grill and a pizza oven. A huge outdoor table that seats like 30 people, a big old fire pit seating area and another seating area. That’s it for the amenities outside. Now, time for the final golf feature. So, you walk off the back porch over this little bridge here and it opens up to a massive turf putting green that is designed after the 16th hole at Sleepy Hollow. Let’s check it out. The green itself is super realistic. It’s got like sand in it, so it checks up like a real green and it putts like a real green. Come on. This thing is massive. It’s probably 30 ft from corner to corner. It’s got five different holes on it and it’s got five different tea boxes all around the property that you can chip from onto it so you kind of get different looks. First one is tucked back in the far left corner. My goal is to hole one out here. Go. Oh, the next tea box is on the front right side of the property. This is kind of the main tea box. This one’s a little bit bigger than all the other ones. See if we can make one here. It’s got a chance. Oh, and then there are three more tea boxes kind of lining the whole right side of the green. Oh, baby. As you can see, I was pretty fired up about making that. In all that excitement, I forgot to tell you guys that since I’m going to three of the most expensive Airbnbs, at the end of this video, I’m going to make the decision on which one is the best golf Airbnb in America. That being said, I hopped on my plane and headed to my next Airbnb in Scottsdale, Arizona. Behind me is Siguarro Point Airbnb. This place has eight bedrooms, sleeps up to 20 people, and is $5,500 a night. It feels kind of wrong to stay here by myself with all this room. So, I actually brought somebody with me. Is that cool? Is your mic on? Should we cheers our mics? Cheers. This place puts the L in luxury. There are a ton of amenities. Here are some of the best ones. Private outdoor pool, private barbecue grill, theme room, sun loungers, a bedet, and of course, a par three golf course. This place is pretty unbelievable. Let’s go check it out. When you come in the property, you have to go up this super steep driveway. It’s like a 70° angle. Felt like we were going up a roller coaster. First thing at the top of the driveway, you have a full fleet of golf carts. They all are four-seaters, lifted golf carts. These things are super necessary because the driveway is so steep. Coming now into the front door. Let’s open this puppy up. Oh, that thing hinges, brother. You could go through either way. Come on in. This house is big. I’m going to start with the main living areas and then we’ll do bedrooms and then we’ll do extracurricular rooms. There’s some pretty fun stuff here. Let’s check it out. First thing when you walk in, you’ve got this massive sunken living room. Big fan of a sunken living room. Dining room. And then walking up the stairs from the dining area. We have the kitchen. Some fun features here in the kitchen. A QR code that you can scan that actually has a Saguarro Point golf shop on there. So, you can like buy Saguaro Point merch. custom Siguarro pointies and custom Siguaro point ball markers. I hope I’m saying that right. Saguarro point. I think I am. Yeah. Through the kitchen down the stairs on this little medium level here, you’ll find the poker table. Coming down the stairs another level, you’ve got a wet bar. That’s what this is called, right Maggie? Little fridge there. Cabinets here. Another cab. Bro, I may have just uncovered something. What in the world? Wait a second. Let me put my mic down. Let me put my mic down. Wait, wait, wait. Bro, what? Did I just uncover something? Bro, what? Look at this. I mean, I I feel like I’ve got to go down, eh? What is this? Oh my. Hand me the camera. Hand me the camera. I got you. I got you, bro. Come down. No, I’m just kidding. Actually, I I knew about this. Was that acting That acting was pretty good. Regardless, still very cool. Um, you literally have like a secret wine celler. You’ve got tables and chairs. You can hang out down here, drink some wine. I feel like these types of features kind of put houses like this on Airbnb like over the edge. Make them that much cooler. After the hidden speak easy wine celler on the other side of the bar, uh, you have this sitting room overlook room. You got a little sneak peek of the golf features that I will show you very shortly. And then off the back side of this little sitting room here, a sliding door that opens up to the back patio with the pool, the jacuzz, this big old torch. I tried to start it, but I don’t think it turns on. The fire pit. Oh man, that is so nice. That view is insane. After enjoying the beautiful view, I headed back inside and up the stairs to check out some of the bedrooms. It looks like each room has a name and I believe they’re all named after golf courses here in Scottsdale, Arizona. So, this one is Greyhawk, which is a pretty famous course in the area. Bedroom number one. I’m going to show you the master bedroom, but a lot of the bedrooms look like this. So, I’m going to show you all of those right now. We’ve got one more bedroom. This is the master bedroom, hence the siguarro point. Figured you guys are probably a little bit tired of hearing me yap, so I’m actually going to let Maggie give you guys a tour of the master bedroom. The master bedroom. Welcome to the master suite. You come down these stairs. This bedroom here is kind of on a split level from the rest of the house, which is kind of fun. The view is crazy. We’ll get to that, but first I’ll show you over here. First, we have the closet. Absolutely massive. In this room, a toilet room complete with a bedet. And then over here, this quite special tub. Very nice bathtub. me for scale. It’s pretty big. Over here, we have a shower steam room with a skylight in there. And then over here, the sinks, just mirrors galore. And now I’ll bring you over to the master bedroom. Absolutely stunning. Big old TV, big old king-size bed. Nice seating area over here. Maybe sit here with a little cup of coffee in the morning. So, yeah, that’s it for the master bedroom. Thank you for touring. This is the first of three golf features at this place. Let’s check it out. We’ve got pool table. We’ve got golf simulator. We’ve got bar. We’ve got table to hang out and eat some chicken wings at. This is a full swing overhead simulator setup. This simulator is huge. I’m like 5’2 for scale. So, just cool. the custom tailor made den caddies that have the clubs and golf balls in them. Also a cool feature, the launch monitor shows a slow motion video so you can see how your club interacts with the ball. There was also a separate bathroom in the game room. Pretty convenient. Now for golf feature number two, off of the breakfast nook, you walk out the door. You’ve got a little sitting area here with a TV. You come out here and you’ve got a massive putting green. I mean, this thing is probably like 50 feet long. And it kind of wraps around the side of the house. Seven different cups you can hit to. It’s got different undulation. It’s got some thicker turf grass on the side you can chip off of. You can just pop out here, chip around, putt around, hang out, and overlook. I mean, what? I didn’t even look up. I mean, what are we doing? I’ve still got one more golf feature to show you guys, but it’s getting dark. So, we’re going to hang out tonight, and then we’re going to wake up tomorrow morning and we’re going to show you guys the final golf feature. And I’m very excited about it cuz it’s a really, really cool one. Maggie and I ordered some Thai food and Oreos for dinner. We watched a little football. I hit on the simulator and then we went to bed. Morning, ladies and gentlemen. We got one more golf feature to show you. Let’s go check it out. Third golf feature. We are going to access the uh golf cart. Dude, this this hill the going down this hill is actually kind of crazy. Oh, over here. So, this is the par three course feature of the property. This is what sets this property apart. You have three massive full-size greens. Each one is a different shape. It’s got different undulation. It’s got different pin placements. There are also real sand bunkers, so you can get real practice out of the sand here. Hit real shots. The greens in and of themselves are kind of a spectacle. I feel like one green would have been sick. Three greens is just insane having just so many different options. But low key, that’s not even the best part. There are also six different tea boxes tucked all around the property. You can’t even see them from here cuz like they’re all in random areas. So, I’m going to show you guys every single one of those tea boxes. We’re going to start with the closest one and then we’re going to go all the way up to the furthest one, which is a a pretty sweet situation. The first tea box is just right off off the back. 20 yards to this green, 30 yards to that green, 50 yards to the green up top. A little challenge for myself. I got one shot. I’m going to try and hit the green from every single T- box. Okay, it’s a little closer than it looks. And every single T- box also has a little name to it. That’s T- box number one. Let’s head to Tbox number two. Tea box number two is on the far right side of the property here. It’s called Strawberry Fields. The far green is actually blocked out by the trees. I’m going to go to this one here. Short one. Oh yeah. Really overshooting these. Tbox number three. We’re hopping back in the cart. Just a little short ride up the driveway. T- box number three. This one’s called Sidecar. We’re really looking down on everything. We’ve got a very severe, very severe drop here on this T-shot. Oh, yeah. We are here at T-box number four. This one is called Mid Mountain. We’ve got a big old cactus blocking us out. Kind of love that though. Oh, baby. That’s a green, brother. On to tea box number five. To get to tea box number five, we had to go back through the house, out the back door, and down this spiral staircase. This house loves a spiral staircase. I would say this is like the chillest tea box. You got a little bench here to hang out at. This one is actually called morning coffee. I’m going to the left green. Biggest one. Three for four on green’s hit. Let’s see if we can make it four for five. Oh, I think that might do it. Oh, that’s fun. That ball stays in the air forever. Let’s go. We’ve got one more T- box left and it is probably the coolest one. Let’s go check it out. To get to the final tea box, you have to go back through the house, through the game room, out the back door, which leads to a stone stairway. So, we’re going to go up these stairs. We’re up here above the house, actually. I mean, you’re overlooking Scottsdale, Arizona. It’s pretty rad. It’s like 158 yards to the back tea. This one is actually called Heaven. Heaven’s obviously going to be a lot better than this, but this is pretty sick. So, it says we’ve got 158 yards to the far green. Oh, baby. Just be enough club. That ball’s in the air forever. Oh. Oh, it landed short and then bounced on the green that I was trying to hit. That’s four for five, ladies and gentlemen. And that is the final tea box. Let’s head to the next Airbnb. Siguro Point made a strong case for best golf Airbnb in America. But we’ve still got one more in Middletown Springs, Vermont. Welcome to Honey Pond Farm. This place is 600 acres. It sleeps 16 people and goes for $7500 per night. This place is preposterously large and might break the Airbnb record for the amount of activities listed at a single property. Kaying, whiffle ball, hiking, tennis, fishing, gym, pickle ball. Did I already say pickle ball? Botchi ball, atving, and the main reason we’re here, a full 18hole golf course. That’s a lot of activities, brother. Let’s go check it out. This house is absolutely massive. We’re going to start on the first level, then we’ll go downstairs, and then we’ll finish upstairs at the master bedroom. We’ll start with the main living areas, the kitchen, sun room, living room. Love the wallpaper, the dining room. Off of the dining room, we’ve got probably one of the coolest rooms in the house, this bunk room. Now, we are heading downstairs. Some pretty fun stuff downstairs. to your right here. The gym. This gym is top of the line, brother. Got my brand new Roback hoodie on. Yo, actually Rob cracked the code with these hoodies. Really comfy. Just like a chill hoodie. Check out rob.com. These are the ready hoodies is what they call them. And then just to the left of the stairs when you come down in the basement, you have the ultimate man cave complete with a pool table, replica green jacket, a bar, an actual working old school pinball machine. This thing is sick. movie room, shuffle board. There was also this hidden Harry Potter themed room under the stairs. Kind of cool. Now we’re heading upstairs for the upstairs portion of the tour. Here are all the upstairs bedrooms, not including the master. Hold up. Behind me is the master bedroom, which I think we all know what that means. Oh, hello. Welcome to the master bedroom. First things first, on your left, washer dryer. To your right, this insane bathroom, a full-blown like 5×8 oriental rug, steam shower. We have a little toilet room. Seat number one, seat number two. Coming into the master bedroom, which is also potentially too big. Big old king-size bed. Not one, but two chairs, couches. They’re kind of like seat and a half. We have a coffee bar. We also have this stove to maybe like boil some water. And then we have Whoa, I didn’t know that those both opened. This porch off of your master bedroom to this insane view. I mean, come on. That’s crazy. That’s pretty nuts. A view to the whole outside, which I feel like is a perfect segway. Let’s go check out the outside. So, that’s it for the inside of the house. Now, we are heading outside. A beautiful, very large back porch that opens up to the entire property. And then directly off the back porch, you walk down the stairs to a lower patio area complete with dining area, pizza oven, a built-in grill, and then a fire pit with a bunch of aderondi chairs. We headed around the side of the house and up to the cart barn to grab ourselves a golf cart. You literally have like a full fleet of golf carts. We hopped in the cart and drove down to the backyard activity area complete with horseshoes, botchi ball, kaying. Is this a no wake zone? Pickle ball, tennis, basketball, Ricky Rubio, and then maybe my favorite activity of this entire property. There is a legitimate whiffle ball field. Ladies and gentlemen, you have no idea how fired up this makes me. We’ve got foul lines. There’s American flags as the foul poles. I wanted to build a whiffle ball field in my backyard growing up in the worst way. This is so sick. I was so excited. I actually told Maggie that if she could strike me out, I’d buy her this $1,500 stroller that she’s been asking for. And first oh my goodness, in the air to deep left field. That ball is back and it’s headed into a Sea of San Dieans. That’s it for the normal activities here at this Airbnb. We have our first golf feature of the house. Wait, hold up. Zoom in there for a second. I know what you guys are thinking right now. What kind of socks am I wearing? If you do a little deep dive on my videos, you’ll notice that I love rocking these little white mid-length ankle socks. Which is why I’m super stoked to tell you about the sponsor of today’s video, Bombas. Bombas makes super high quality, comfy socks. And whenever you buy a pair, they actually donate a pair to those in need. To date, they’ve actually donated over 150 million items, which is kind of wild. I’m a big fan of these vintage stripe quarterlength socks. I feel like they’re perfect for the golf course, and they look pretty snazzy. I’m actually pretty particular about how my socks fit and how they feel. Uh, and these are great. They I could literally walk the course in them all day. They fit great on my feet and I love the way they look. When you purchase with Bombas, your feet are not only feeling good, but you’re actually doing some good. New customers get 20% off their first purchase. So, head over to bombas.com and use code josh2020 at checkout for 20% off. Let’s get back to the video. Three turf tea boxes looking straight out into the water. And what do you know? There’s a little island green out there. It says it’s 85 yards away. That’s it. That’s actually money. That’s in the hole. Go in. The next golf feature is the 18hole golf course. We hopped in the cart and headed over to the first tea. We’re on the first tea of Honey Pond Farm. There are three different greens. There are 18 different tea boxes creating an 18hole golf course. With all these combinations, every hole feels new and unique. There is a full-blown scorecard that lays everything out for you, tells you where to hit your shots, what green to go to. The total yardage if you’re playing the back TE’s is 5,051 yards. It’s a par 70. Can I break 80 at Hunting Pond Farm? So, we’re on the first TE. We’ve got 274 yard par4. I think that was where I wanted to hit it. I think that’s fairway. Another cool thing about this place is that they provide these sky caddy systems. The course can be a little bit confusing knowing exactly what hole you’re going to or what your distances are, but this thing does all the work for you. Just hit a full 260 yard shot in a backyard. That’s it. The green pretty tough like undulated definitely like turtle back green, but also just immaculate. Oh, they’re quick. Oh, chill, chill, chill, chill, chill, chill. Par on the first. We are even through one. Hole number two is a 335 yard par4. Oh, stop cutting. Stop cutting. We got 120 out. The pin is like just through the gap of these trees. Dude, I think that could be money. The north green is another round green sloping back to front with two bunkers on either side. Again, I just could not get over how great of shape these greens are in. Cannot get over these greens right now. Actually so impressed. While the greens were in great shape, can’t really say the same for my putter. Break one over through two. Hole number three is another par4. It’s about 280 yards. Uh we’ve got kind of a dog like right there. So you’re blocked out from the green. Yeah, that should be mula. It’s the first sign of not knowing the course at all. I hit the ball exactly where I wanted to hit it. This is not where you want to be. Go, go, ball. Just got one. Right under it. Right under it. Dang. The green here is a little bit different than the other two. This one’s more like a long slender green and then it has two of these deep pot bunkers. Just looks so cool. Kind of like carved into this hill. Oh, go. The rest of the front nine was really challenging. I didn’t play very well except for this par five where I made a birdie. First birdie of the day. But I quickly forgot about my bad play to check out one of the coolest features here at the course. Smack dab in the middle of the golf course. There is a halfway house. The halfway house had a bar and seating area with two mini fridges. Basically, if you don’t want to run all the way back to the house to grab food or drinks while you’re playing golf, you can just dock the halfway house and grab stuff while you swing by. The bag 9 was pretty similar to the front. My favorite tea boxes were 11 on this island and 13 at this lookout. Yeah, there we go. I played much better on the back nine, birdieing both par fives. I even met my goal of breaking 80 by shooting a 77. This is for a 77. The best golf Airbnb in America. It’s time. I’m going to count down from three. We have not shared our answers with each other yet. Three, two, one. Vermont. Let’s go. Why Vermont? The view from the master bedroom was by far the best. I could spend my whole summer there. Still thinking about that whiffle ball field. And obviously the golf was just insane. Having 18 holes in your backyard. Nuts. Appreciate y’all watching. Subscribe. Maybe. I think you’re going to like this video right here that YouTube is suggesting. So maybe go ahead and click that. Love you guys.

Ever since I started watching you I’ve always wanted to go and play golf in America
You know it’s gonna be a good day when Josh posts
The first house I thought it was déjà vu, like hold on he’s posted this place before 😂
Oh toilets with remotes are JAPANESE, noted………mor*n
Another amazing video!!
20:58 when you said "I know what you guys are thinking right now…." Sorry to say but I was thinking where on Earth are Josh Mayer's calves!!!! <3
I like how a wiffle ball field is normal activity.
Oh saguaro. So I lived in Arizona for 9 years, that was hard to hear. You can basically pretend the g isn't there if you want to pronounce it right.
Gu make a w sound. So, sa war oh. But you pronounced it the way the English dictionary would tell you to.
16:32 are we just going to ignore how he called Pennsylvania Vermont 😭😭
Your accountant is going to freak out when he sees what you expensed as AirBnB purchases for 2024 😂
Those were so cool tho!
Such a great video
Wooo, love from Scottsdale. Thanks for visiting Josh
Very nice Josh. 👍
Love the video… but Josh do us a favor. The mic is supposed to clip on to your clothes… do not hold it infront of your face. It’s a wearable mic.
Did the honey pond farm for 3 days and it was amazing
i just heated up my lunch let’s go!!
Pennsylvania and Vermont are very different states in different regions. Re-Check that 3rd pin placement on the map LOL.
Sleepy hollow green kinda ruins it for me. That little hump makes it feel like mini golf. Rather just have a cool big green with some elevation change.
Edit: also woulda named the hole “closest thing to Heaven”
The "g" in Saguaro is pronounced like a "w" and check your map, you have the Vermont pin in Pennsylvania.
Ole Spud got some work to do!
Josh I just love your content! It’s so down to earth and also really interesting to watch! If you ever come to the UK to do a video, please do a meet and greet 😁
0:33 IKSI KAKSI KOLME SAUNA IYKYK
Josh … Pennsylvania is not VT. VT is a bit more north there 🙂
Put some socks on bro others gotta stay there and don’t want your nasty feet on the simulator
I love this guy!
no way this dude is 5’2
BANG JOSH POSTED
Cool video. Similar to the golf resorts video. I would like more of these as long as you arent going bankrupt making them.
Edit: Haha I am watching this video as I was watching the end of the blue jays playoff game. Blue jays got a HR just as you hit that wiffle ball out of the park too.
Bro, I don’t want you to be alarmed but…..
I think your wife is pregnant! 😮
Undulate is your favorite adjective 😂
I really liked that putting part of that 1st simulator
Killing the game!! I wanna be like you when I grow up!!
its called a bidet fyi
the drop down beds are murphy beds
Just about the only thing good in vermont…. ROFL just kidding, its great here. Glad you had fun.
what a banger vid man i hope this blows up!
Did not pronounce saguaro correctly
I vibe with this entire video aside from my guys sock choice.
