So here I am using my radial stance mat and I’ve clipped a little white rod to my driver. So when I aim the club face, if the shaft is dead right angle the target line, the white stick on the shaft should be parallel to that. And there’s the ball just inside my left heel. Now to draw the ball, I just ground the circle to my left. The club face is now opened. So from that place I can now load and hit you a draw. Because the shaft was over the ball, the ball started down the right. And because I released the hands freely, it came back with draw spin. So there we have it. It’s more important to aim the shaft than it is to aim the face.
