1. PORTAL GEMS: Maryland transfer Tammy Wu has got off to a hot start at UW, earning her first-career top-10 finish at the Schooner Fall Classic two weeks ago. Her -4, 206, across the three rounds is tied for the second-lowest 54-hole score in program history. Her second-round 67 ranks in the program’s top 10 for lowest 18-hole scores, using that -3 to propel her to a 9th-place finish.
2. FINDING FORM: Junior Kate Brody makes her 23rd career start Monday, trying to repeat her form from the Badger Invitational. She paced Bucky at University Ridge, firing three consecutive 73s to finish 16th, and +3 overall.
3. STARTING REPS: Sophomore Lauren Sammon will tee off in the lineup for the fourth time this season, after not starting all of her freshman campaign. The Californian has been consistent throughout, highlighted by a top-20 finish at the Badger Invitational. She was the second lowest scorer on the team, coming in at +5 and 19th overall.
4. STRICKER STEPS UP: Sophomore Izzi Stricker returns to the Badger lineup this week. She’s competed in one tournament already this campaign, finishing 58th at the Badger Invitational.
