Let’s talk RDER Cup. So, I think you’ve been quoted as saying this is the pinnacle of your career. 100%. So, Hazeline 2016, what’s uh what’s your thoughts like when you’re getting on that plane heading over to the States? Pride, you know what I mean? I’m one of 12. Um representing my continent. Um I was fortunate enough uh I qualified for the team. I didn’t I didn’t get picked. Uh which again means the world to you really. you know that you’ve got there by order like by merit. Um it’s just again it’s just something that I I’ll be honest again at the start it wasn’t on my radar and then it just everything comes so quickly you know from going to tour school in 2012 to playing 2016 RDER Cup. Um for a short fat guy from the neon it’s not quite what you exper you expect to happen but again it’s just something you take in your stride and again the electricity of the event playing playing for a team not wanting to let your teammates down is is the biggest thing is like week in week out yeah you know you you’re trying your hardest to go and win an event or or finish where you finished. The only person you really let down is yourself. So it’s, you know, you can deal with that. Hardest thing is letting your teammates down. And I think that’s where it shows a lot for European teams. They get that team camaraderie of, you know, it’s shoulderto-shoulder. We’re not letting anyone down. I want to be the best I can be. And I think that’s where, you know, why you see the golf is unreal that week. You don’t really see that many rider cups where it’s pretty average golf. It’s always the best. And, you know, it’s just a special event. It gives me goosebumps now thinking about it like this week watching it. Obviously not being there is devastating. You know, you’ve played one, you want to play them all.
