Beth Coulter carded the best score for Ireland as she signed for a second round of 71 at the Espirito Santo Trophy (World Amateur Team Championships) at Tanah Merah Country Club, Singapore.
Coulter’s one-under round combined with the 73 of Áine Donegan means Ireland remain on four-over-par and in a share of 21st place.
Korea lead the way still on thirteen-under-par, two shots clear of USA and Spain at the halfway stage.
For Ireland, Coulter started her round with a bogey before she broke a run of thirteen straight pars with birdies on the 15th and 18th.
The Kirkistown Castle star made positive moves on the individual leaderboard also, climbing to 52nd on plus four, one shot behind Donegan.
