Fitzpatrick/Aberg vs DeChambeau/Young Extended Highlights | Saturday Foursomes | 2025 Ryder Cup

[Applause] Perfect. Pin’s on the way right today. So you want to be middle fairway to the left side so you got a good angle. Bond it dead. Perfect from the crow there. [Applause] He plays this so beautifully and direct and quite low. This guy has got some damage. Good morning. US 73 yd just like Anthony said all the way to and 10 15 ft past this flag would be an exceptional pitch from this line out of the rough. Excellent shot from there. Okay. Really nice. Good morning, Europe. Looks good. Perfect. I could possibly see, you know, Sheffer had that springboard from from Whistling Straits kind of after all of a sudden he sort of took off. I could see Cameron Young after this week in the next year 15 20 ft past the flag. Got a big right to left. Don’t want to tell this too far. He’s looking pretty far right hoping for it to draw. Go. It’s got to go. Wow. Pretty shocking from 100 yards to miss your target by excellent. That was good. Settle the nerves down if there is any. Solid. very solid and turned. That was a nice one for him. Very much in between six and seven. I do believe this is six. Line looks good. That’s okay. A lot of them missing this green yesterday when the pin was on the left. [Music] Sensational golf so far this week from Cameron Young and that is no exception. [Applause] Short bar five came one of the longer players on the PJ tour. Got to hit this fairway. You want to put your hand on the ball. put more pressure on Europe. I would say that’s good. T-shot at four. Americans perfect down the middle. Doesn’t look too bad either. He’s sneaking along. Fitzpatrick up to four. Oberg 222 lie. Actually, it’s quite flat stance. Should be looking up the right here. [Applause] That’s okay. It’s pretty good. It’s Fitzpatrick now. He’s got plenty of chipping practice this morning so far. Is just magnificent. Look at this. Look at this. Oh, another delightful chip. He’s put on fire. Should have gone in, didn’t [Applause] around the middle to the bottom of the flag. Good. They said let’s go. Short got actually lucky to get it right there. It looked like Fullberg up the hill. Got the speed. Good looking. [Applause] Steal that momentum back to Shambo. Trying to get another chip in for the squad. Great shot. Match warm inside. First look of six today. Up and over. Almost like a plateau. And down it goes. Right about there. 280 off the tea for Fitzpatrick. And tumbling on. Oh, lovely. Back on the fairing. Here is on the ball. Does he carry it all the way really? [Music] That was a tough one, wasn’t it? It was. Yeah. Horrible angle to that flag. Yeah, well done. That obviously depends on pace. They thought the same as you, Anthony, but didn’t come. And that’s the thing in this RER Cup, right? Like Bryson knows that he’s not fulfilling his obligation. He can feel that pressure. Definitely settled in this group. Great swing there from Hullberg. Perfect result. So important to be that first guy off and force them to hit the fairway, right? Shouldn’t be an issue. car. [Music] One of the greatest three woods I’ve seen yesterday to finish the match off. 283 yds here. Pitched about 3 ft. It’s not a great line. Back to seven. Fitzpatrick 235 seems happy today. Bit of string. Come on, baby. Come on, baby. Come on, baby. Come on, baby. Come on, baby. Come on, baby. Getting very worked out back there. You can never Great hands. Look at Look at the back of his left hand. That’s a juicing around. Need needs this running off the down slope. go. [Applause] It sure did. Nice back stop right behind the ball there. No back stop needed with that one. Fantastic shot from Young. He’s had more big moments himself this week than the rest of his team combined. Cameron Young. [Applause] for the answer from this Patrick. Unbelievable. The level of play this morning has been just amazing. Wonderful. Just pushed it a little bit. [Applause] Patrick first USA in the first cut. Second cut of rough on the right. Give me one. Give me one. Wonderful hard shot from that Patrick. A good line. But as well look at it here. It’s perfection. [Applause] [Music] [Applause] Huge cut there because the Europeans are in there tight. Just makes the player a little bit smaller. Although that was a big time putt from a big time player. Short putts in a row for Europe in this group. This for a half and three left of center. Right about there. [Music] when he first came out on tour. He works with a guy called Luke Mackey has for the last few seasons. All about movement, fire mechanics, and it’s all looking as pretty as a picture from Matt Fitzpatrick today. came and excellent. European struggling here when they should have been winning this all over to Oberg at 10. A little bit down the hill, left to right. This putt you had to be defensive. That was a good putt from there. [Applause] to win the hole with a pal. Just keep it inside the hole. Right edge firm three up. They needed that. But the uh the tide is moving towards the US at the moment. Obviously, the Fleetwood Maroy match makes it easier to stand it up in the air and get that control. That [Applause] was a good shot. The hill. This might be needed. [Applause] [Music] [Applause] That was always missing left. He was begging very far. Oh, that’s short. That’s a lovely shot from over there at 12. Nice angle. Awesome. [Applause] Oh, the slope behind. Brilliant shot from Dambo. It’s Patrick for Birdie. Oh, he’s walked it in. What a standard of golf we are getting treated to here. Patrick nonchalant is right between Fitzpatrick and cool as a cucumber. Again, that’s that’s the same thing. You know what more can Fitzpatrick and Ober do they get in the hole? He’s helping Breeze. He’s not a problem today. [Music] Super drive. Ripper shot by shot and just take their chances coming in. [Music] [Applause] Yeah, he’s nice. Great drive as well. Don’t know if Fitz will Fitzy be able to reach from there. I wonder the front fringe. I like long right. Certainly leaves the door open. Just in such a bad position. get the club cleanly on the ball, but just wrong angle, shortsided. He just threw the back at 14. [Applause] That’s a fantastic check there. Ball wants to feed down to the hole off of a down slope. [Applause] Good shotg to tie the hole. He was only from three foot. Never going to miss that, was he? 14 today. 65. And Young just continues to hit good shots, setting up a Get in the hole. At 14 for birdie. It’s not looking good in that opening match. Not that they want half, they want all of it. They still have a a birdie putt from they see it in and so does he. A much more fluid motion but still powerful nevertheless for just in the right hand semi though really good. [Music] He’s been really good today as he was yesterday. Really good shot. That’s a fantastic shot there. Going draw in there. Coming in nice and flat. Advantage. You got real nice elevation changes here at that post. What a cool shot right there. Gam continues a great play. Can’t make them all to tough to get this in close. Need a three. It’s just left another one of those awkward pitches. We’ve seen about four or five of those today. Best to close the game. [Applause] Yeah, and he’d love to do it here on 16 with this massive crowd. Great giants. That’s a brilling shot from the shot to nothing here really for Europe. This has to go in lies. Okay, but no green to play with. [Applause] Looks like red on the board first and foremost. confirmed there. To watch another RDER Cup video, click here. To subscribe, click here.

  1. The commentary with the thick accents is vomit inducing. Let them commentate in their dump country. The woman is also not necessary tbh.

  2. As an American, the American fans are embarrassing as fuck. Shouting asshole comments like they're blackout drunk at 830 in the morning. Grow up.

  3. Americans never do well under Ryder Cup pressure as a team. Scottie, like Tiger, is going to under-perform in Ryder Cup. Well done Team Europe👍

  4. Young is this year’s Max Homa

Absolutely built for this but won’t be a captain’s pick next time unless he qualifies by OWGR or FedEx pts

  5. US team is absolute trash. Miss any and every putt while Europe makes putts from 20 feet. Let’s be clear, Rahm is by far the best golfer in the World. Glass half full, Europe will be third world countries in 5-8 years and don’t know many good Muslim golfers 😂😂😂

  6. Looks like trump, who ruins everything he touches (and got heavily booed when he appeared at the first tee), put the kibbosh on the American team. It’s now Europe 8 1/2 to 3 1/2, with Europe leading in three of the afternoon matches (and the fourth match tied).

  7. dechumpdork and chuck cork suck, Baby!!

eur = 8.5 points, so far, TODAY, Baby!!

    Go EUROPE, Baby!!!

    ;-]

  8. Omg, Bryson fans are INSUFFERABLE. Screaming "NOPE" after every Euro putt, screeching "FOUR LEFT" after perfectly executed Euro drives and approaches. Bunch of drunk dick hats 🙄

  9. Scheffler is ranked no 1 in the world. He should be leading his team but he’s doing anything but. He’d been beaten badly in every session. Let’s be clear, he can’t perform in Ryder Cup pressure. Where he plays like world’s number 2300! This competition has become terribly one sided. It’s time the Ryder Cup be given to Europe permanently. Bryson is the only American player not intimidated. The rest are an embarrassment.

  10. I really feel sorry for Keegan Bradley. He’s done everything possible to put his team in position to win. He deserves far better than this.

  11. Young, Dechambeau and Fitzpatrick were all 10/10 today. Aberg was no slouch probably playing 8/10 but the other 3 were just so on point it made him look average. Finally Bryson got someone to make the putts on his approach shots within 10 feet otherwise Bryson would have 3 points for USA. Young is on another level right now! His par 3 tee shots are almost all within 5 feet which is insane to think about at one of the hardest courses in the USA.

  12. A lot of whiners in the comments. I’m just getting into golf, and seeing all these weirdos in the comments is litterally making me second guess it.

  13. Something I can't stand… When people cheer when the opposition makes a bad shot. This is just bad sportsmanship, and in my opinion, low class!

  14. I'm embarrassed by those US idiots in the gallery yelling anti-player slogans at the opposing side. This is a gentleman's game played by quality guys. Keep your "patriotic" screams to yourself, or at least keep them until you get to Hooters.

  15. I'll turn my TV on to watch golf again in 2027. I'd rather watch MSN, than watch anymore of this. To our precious American players – too much time spent creating YouTube videos. Concentrate on golf.

  16. Can we all good dechambeau to stay connected to his teammates and not walk off after the point. This is a team event and I want to see my boy get out of his head and act more like a team player

  17. The Americans flaming the Euro players is so funny cuz Bryson and Cam are the only US players doing well lol

  18. Americans showing that they’re a bunch of bullies and loudmouths is so,predictable. I hope Europe wins. I’m embarrassed for my country.
