PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania women’s golf team is back into tournament action this weekend, making the short trip North to Old Nassau for the Princeton Invitational. The two-day, 54-hole event will take place on the Tigers’ home course at Springdale Golf Club, just off campus.
The 13-team field includes all six Ivy League programs, giving the Quakers a good sense of where they stand in the league early on in the season. This weekend’s format is six-play-four-score, meaning each team will put out six-woman lineups with the four low scores counting in each round.
