Tiger Woods‘s son is killing it at the junior level. But it’s John Daly‘s son who is stealing the spotlight at the moment. Charlie Woods has found great form recently as he is consistently finishing in the top 10 in various tournaments. The young protege has been on a great run ever since he won the Team TaylorMade Invitational back in May. And he hasn’t stopped yet. But so hasn’t John Daly II, who also got a big win in July with the Southern Amateur Championship. And he has found success once again.

Arkansas Men’s Golf shared a post on Instagram congratulating Daly II on his incredible performance recently. He helped the team win the Blessings Collegiate Invitational a few hours ago. John also won the individual championship at the Blessings Golf Club during the event. The caption read, “Congratulations, LJ @johndalyll on leading the #HOGS to victory at the @blessingscollegiate @razorbackmgolf played so well at home – enjoy the win!”

This comes just days after Woods’s big finish in a junior event. Charlie got a 4th-place finish in the South Florida PGA Invitational West. He tied with one of the biggest stars in Florida, Clint Lewis, at 4-under 140, 5 strokes away from the top of the leaderboard. The title was tied between Jack Ryan Donovan and Henry Liebwein, while Evan Booth finished solo third.

Daly II also got a second-place finish in the Bearcat Invitational recently. He also got a 5th place finish in the U.S. Amateur Championship after he was beaten by Mason Howell in the quarter finals. Woods, on the other hand, was close to finishing 2nd in the Boy’s Junior PGA Championship. That would have earned him a place in the Junior Ryder Cup squad. However, a final round blunder saw him end up at T9 and out of contention for a spot in the Team U.S. squad. But he was still able to get a series of top-10 finishes under his belt.
