Golf Rules – The difference between ownership and equipment

You may borrow balls, tees, etc. off other players, and if you do, this now becomes your equipment. You are restricted to the 14 clubs you have selected for the round. So don’t go and hit someone else’s driver that they had selected for that round on your third hole, just to see if it goes further.
