  1. Most tutorials the guy ends up retracting his shoulder blades and scapula in this position which is a lot of compression on the neck vertebrae. Yours actually looks good though

  2. Also don’t do shrugs on push day like me, thinking this was a shoulder exercise. Do it on pull day instead😅 this is for your upper back and traps
