Police are looking for six people after thieves broke into a golf club and stole cash from the office. On Monday, July 28, officers were called to Allerton Manor Golf Club on Allerton Road, Mossley Hill to reports of a burglary.
Police believe the incident happened between 2.30am and 3.45am, and involved up to six offenders. Enquiries are ongoing and police have now released CCTV images of two men they believe could have information to help with their investigation.
Detective Constable Alex Cumming said: “We think the men pictured may be able to assist this investigation, so if you recognise them please come forward directly or through Crimestoppers.
“Likewise, if you live close to the golf course and captured anything on CCTV or other devices at the time, please check.
“We work closely with businesses across Merseyside, to pursue and put before the courts those people who cause harm, as well as providing crime prevention advice when it is of benefit.
“Any information you provide on this incident will be assessed and appropriate action taken, however trivial a detail you think it may be.”
