President Donald Trump and granddaughter Kai Trump arrived at Bethpage Black today, Friday, Sept. 26, for the opening session of Ryder Cup 2025.
The president, sporting spiky golf shoes, arrived in Farmingdale, New York, shortly after the tournament kicked off with Team USA’s Bryson DeChambeau’s epic 344-yard drive that landed just short of the green. Kai Trump, a TikTok golf influencer with her own merch store, accompanied him wearing her own sweatshirt, emblazoned with “KT.”
Trump’s appearance marked his first to a professional golf event as a spectator since 2023, when LIV Golf went to his Bedminster, New Jersey course.

Kai Madison Trump, 18, is the oldest of Donald Trump’s 10 grandchildren. She was born in New York City on May 12, 2007.
Kai Trump has made a name for herself on social media, garnering a massive six-million-strong following on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Her Instagram page — @kaitrumpgolfer — is a nod to her love of the sport.
She also just launched her own clothing line of crewneck sweatshirts, emblazoned with a “KT” emblem, which she modeled outside the White House.

Kai Trump’s parents are Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa Trump, who is now famously dating Tiger Woods. The couple were married from 2005 to 2018.
