Ever since i fixed my slice i pull my irons. I feel like I need a fresh restart cuz i feel so uncomfortable over the ball. I feel like it’s my clubs face but maybe i’m standing to far and my right arm is coming to far out. I have no idea

The angle of the vid isn’t great. But it kinda looks like the ball is pretty far forward in your stance. Irons you typically want in the center of your stance, if not further behind the center line so you hit the ball on the downswing and not on the upswing. Could be what’s causing the pull.

Your not swinging out. This is what swinging down line gets. Lay club down line, one to right 10/20 degrees and swing on that line.

Your pulling your hands back very wide so your swing path is out to in but in a fairly straight line.

Your swing is solid, but you have 1 major flaw. You have way too much arm lift, and wrists not hinging correctly.

Two changes to try. 1) Hands much lower at address and press down on the handle in the takeaway. This will set the club early. 2) Maintain some connection between trail arm and your trunk.

Focus just on getting into a good position at the top. The rest will follow. Good luck.

Thanks to everyone nice enough to lend a hand. I really do appreciate it

Your shoulder turn is finished at 3/4 of your backswing, and then you lift your arms straight up to complete your backswing, so your basically making a big OTT loop with your arms. It also looks to me that you’re “jumpy” with your lower body through impact as well. I personally think it’s very difficult to hit an accurate iron shot when you’re on your toes which equates to swinging balls out. Work on your tempo and better syncing between your arms and legs. This will be easier to do with a slower tempo. Also work on completing your arm swing and shoulder turn at the same point and time in your backswing.

a pulled shot is when you are coming from outside with a squared club face relative to that path. So technically you could say you have a fade swing path with a closed club face that’s why you hit it straight left.

So the main issue is swing path. The secondary one is the club face.

get a more neutral swing path first then you can go back to club face control.

Getting a more shallow swing path isn’t really that simple or easy as people make it seem like but there is a lot of videos on youtube for it. I’d also recommend putting down alignment sticks and just trying to get the ball to start more right ish and draw a bit to the left. That’s when you know you are coming from the inside.

Then you can just dial it down and slowly try getting it back to straight.

Side Note: from this angle i can’t really see if you are coming from outside or not i’m just assuming you are since a pulled shot needs you to come from outside.

Pulling left means the face is shut and the club path is left of target. Like others have said, work on moving straight through the golf ball at impact or even slightly right of target as long as your face is square.

Also, I’m not sure how consistently you strike your irons, but this separation from your right elbow to your mid section can cause problems. Work on keeping your arms connected to your body throughout the swing. It will also help your path in the downswing.

Shallow out your swing. Looks like you are doing a ‘Reverse Furyk’. If you’ve got a pull it’s caused a slight out/in swing path with the face square to the club path.

Out to in path with closed clubface

Did you fix your slice by strengthening your grip?

backswing is too high. your lead arm should be on the same plane as your shoulders, but yours is pointing straight to the sky. causes you to early extend and jump out of the shot to flip your hands through.
