[Music] lego golfers we’re out here at the vineyards of escondido uh playing the blue tees first hole’s relatively straight got a first bunker on the right that’s about 225 yards and then two other bunkers right behind that are about 250. so let’s go ahead and hit um and the t’s are up you still gotta go the t’s are up a little bit from the back marker so they’re probably about 15 yards up on this hole but they’re still pretty far back here strong headwind in the face so it takes a drive so that ball went a little bit right over towards that just over that first bunker let’s go find where it is okay so my tee shot ended up in the hazard just barely right here i made it over that first bunker i’m gonna have to take a drop i can’t hit this so this is all hazard down the side here so i get two club links don’t come right over here no closer to the hole the holes over there so i have about 133 yards left so i think i’m going to hit a maybe a 9-iron you have to watch out i have to watch out for this tree so as you can see i got the tree a little bit of my way to the flag so hopefully i can get it up and around all right so i’ll pull left to the green we’ll have a chip when we get up there all right so this is where i hit one in dropped two i hit three to here so this is for my par chip on number one pretty short chip maybe 25 30 yards see if i can get it tight get up and down all right bounced out almost hold it out but it bounced and rolled past so we got a boogie puff from about 30 feet on hole number one here maybe double bogey hole number one all right so hole number two is a slight dog leg left you can’t see the green right now it goes this way and uh there’s a pond on the left side and it’s about 205 yards to the pond so i’m gonna hit iron to stay short it’s par four and it’s keys are almost all the way back it’s about 300 yards right side of the fairway blocked it out a little bit but it’ll be okay let’s go see it so this is where my drive ended up just left of the carpath pins over there got 155 yards after hitting the four iron that i kind of pushed out again this holes into the face 155 i’ll probably just hit a seven iron to make sure i do get over that water there’s a little too much club but i’m just on the back fringe but hey we’re not wet let’s go play all right so my ball ended up on the back fringe i got a lot of fringe i would like to put this because it’s downhill but i got a lot of fringe to go through so i’m gonna i’m gonna try to chip it on just barely chip it on a little too hard just ran out on me but i got a par putt all right here’s the par putt i made a bogey the greens are a little hairy and not breaking like normal they’re kind of bouncy too but anyway on to the next hole all right this is hole number three it’s a short par three got to go over a good bit of water this pins tucked all the way on the right um it’s a little bit downhill it’s 123 playing 119. but now i got the wind helping i’m going to try to hit an easy uh pitching wedge and hopefully i don’t go too long turned out good back back part of the green on more on the middle though but we got a birdie putt let’s go all right so this is my first time ever a video in my round so i’m having a tough start but hopefully we can roll this birdie in ah they’re just too slow i got the par but normally the greens are not this slow i think they cross cut them and they’re trying to let them grow out so that they stay healthy throughout the summer on the hole number four okay so this is a par four pretty straightforward uh the right side’s all hazard left side there’s three bunkers all on the left and then you can miss to the left side on hole five the fairways on that side um the middle bunker’s about 235 to get to the far end of the last bunker might be about 270. so this is a driver hole a nice little cut works best for this but whatever your shot shape is just hit it down the middle i went a little left of the bunkers along the tree line trying to just being safe not to hit it in the hazard and let’s go see where it ended up so i ended up hitting one of these trees and it shot off left here into the number five fairway kind of an unlucky break because normally it’ll roll out so now i’m left with a 182 yards to a front pin i got a little wind at the back we’ll try to hit a 7-iron up over these trees and hopefully get on the green i caught the ball in the toe a little bit it drew left of the green it should be all right it got over the tree so at least we’re up near the green now just a little left of the green here i got a pretty straightforward tip not a lot of green to work with try to get up and down here we’re going up there all right this is my par putt i’m just playing everything down and uh playing one shot so no trickeration this is just what i’m shooting today just giving you a good uh video of what the course looks like in general it’s right now it’s in great shape too all the grass is nice and green a few little rough spots here and there but all it’s a fun course for a good place here goes the park at least i got it there another bogey all right we’re on hole number five on the right is hole number nine on the left is hole four so you can miss both sides you just don’t want to top it because there’s water right in front of the tee box here we are all the way back uh i believe it said it’s about three let me double check 380 yeah 380. uh there’s a bunker on the left that’s around 235 to 245 right in that range and then the right there’s a bunker on the right that starts at about 250 so just won’t stay in the middle kind of feeds a little right to left definitely driver hole wins in the face here we go it’s actually kind of a bowl on the left side you can get bounces that go back right into the fairway that’s perfect right center it’s gonna run out should have a great shot at the green from there so i hit a perfect drive on the right side got a good angle at this pin uh this green kind of dips and has a like a valley in the center but it goes dips from front to back and uh i got 104 playing or 106 playing 104 i believe i got the slope on just to kind of give you all an idea of the up and down on the uh of the course again wins in the face usually is in the evening if you’re playing twilight times i’m gonna hit a 52 which is like my 110 club and got a little bit of a backstop and hopefully it’ll pull back down into that valley heads up four four four all right we’re good uh not a great shot uh on to the green so i hit the 52 the wind kind of died down i pulled it a little bit and went went long now i gotta try to get up and down for a part not bad five and a half foot oh it lifts up another boogie all right then it puts me uh five over through six holes or uh five over through five maybe so on to the number six all right so now we got a par three it’s playing 155 from the back tees it’s pretty true to the marker there’s a bunch of there’s a big hazard if you hit it into it it’s a you can uh environmental protected area so you gotta there’s a drop zone if you do hit it in you’re not supposed to go down in there and play plus the stakes and stuff that could get you so you want to carry that and hit the green i’m gonna hit eight iron got a little wind helping pins in the back if i land in the middle i’m good that turned out perfect just a little left of the pen i should have about a 15 to 20 footer for birdie so this is where the drop zone is you can see it’s behind the the environmental protected area but this you drop on this side and then you got about a 40 40 yard pitch if you don’t carry on the green uh let’s ride on up and let’s see where my ball ended up looks a little closer than i originally thought looks like we got about a somewhere between eight to ten footer i’m gonna fix my divot not too many people do that out here so i’m gonna fix it i’m gonna line up balls are really bouncing out today normally they’ll check up the greens are usually a little wetter but today they’re firm and bouncy birdie okay we’re on hole number seven this one’s a big uh dog leg right you can’t actually see the uh green because the trees are growing up but it’s straight through the trees uh there’s two bunkers the safe way to play is hit an iron the left bunker it’s about 180 to the front left of the front bunker about 210 to the second bunker that you can see out there you see the bunkers but i always just go for the green it’s about it’s about 2 30 to carry a green side bunker maybe 240. usually you have to win helping so i just bomb it over and hope to get around the green in one it’s a par four i think i mishit it a little bit so i might be in the front bunker again it’s a risky shot because this is all uh hazard so if you don’t clear the hazard it’s also environmental protected so technically you’re supposed to drop back here where it entered the hazard so it’s a very risky play if you don’t carry the hazard i think i carried the hazard and we’ll be in that front green side bunker okay so even though i thought i missed hitting the drive it actually uh made it over so now i got this i don’t know what is that maybe a 70-foot pot or something and it kind of all falls down but it’s an eagle putt just watched happy gilmore last night watched him driving some par fours now i’m doing the same on time left it short again story of the day you want to get it from the other side so i got this left for birdie uh eight feet not a good first butt let’s see if we can make this blew it by this left apart well three putt par one of those days okay this is hole eight um you really want to get after hole seven and make a birdie there uh because hole eight’s tough it’s a it’s a little longer uh always into the wind in the evening and today the tees are the t’s are near the marker but there is a further tee box that can make it really long back there but today we’re up and getting 40 yards from that here the normal blue tea marker so it says it’s playing 378 yards and there’s a bunker on the left that’s about 230 yards you can see it hazard all down the right hole number nine comes back on the left so if you do want to miss miss left and just right it spills over to the hazard pretty easy and uh wind in the face so if you hit a slice it just takes off if you hit a draw it’ll take off the other way so you want to hit try to hit a low maybe baby draw here we go [Music] i heard it just hit the cart path i think it’s going to bounce into the hazard on the right i kind of flared it up right so not a great shot let’s go see if we can find it all right as i suspected a ball hit the path jumped into the hazard couldn’t find it but best estimation is it went in about here so i’m going to do about two club links the pins over there 145 out a little wind in the face it’s not too bad i’m gonna hit an eight iron try to get on the green so one end drop two i’m hitting three i’m just gonna place it all right that’s good enough for now uh came up a little short i guess the wind kind of caught it hmm another bogey but a good up and down there uh the hazard shot just cost me the stroke there but anyway on to hole number nine hey the last hole in the front nine um hole number nine it’s got the pond which we saw earlier on hole five it’s over this this hill and it’s like 290 to get to the pond but if you get anywhere 260 you can roll down over the hill into the pond so you got to be a little careful if you’re a really long hitter from at the blues definitely got to be careful if you’re playing the white tees also there’s a bunker that there’s two bunkers one that says like 200 and then another one that starts at about 250. it’s about 265 to carry that left bunker from the blue tees back here today usually winds helping so fairway’s usually pretty hard so once it gets rolling over that ridge it can roll into the hazard but i should be safe if i hit a bike 270 and be fine oh also also the hole is only uh like 480 yards so if you can get it to like 280 you got 200 left you got shot at uh getting on in two so that’s the goal so i went on the left side sometimes you get a bounce right but this time i gotta bounce left and it might be in that lat last bunker that’s at like 255 260. so let’s go check it out okay so my ball on the bunker i got 230 left so i hit the drive maybe like 250. it is a back pin so maybe i hit it like 255 260. um not a whole lot up there there’s a couple bunkers around the green still got water on the right you got to be careful of but otherwise just rip it up there i’m gonna hit three hybrid and hope hope i can get over the lip here it shouldn’t be a problem famous last words it shouldn’t be a problem all right i hit it pretty good got a on the front of the front of the green or on the fringe um maybe we can make a birdie made it on in two it’s a good bunker shot got a long eagle putt up see if i can get it there here slow and bouncy today another three-putt par so i parred the last hole there finishing off this front nine uh hopefully in the future we can do a back nine of the vineyards the back nine kind of opens up the front nine’s a little tight and tricky little holes seems to be a little shorter back 9 opens up and you can just let it fly but anyway thanks for watching
