Swing is very steep (vertical) and lower body is not engaged enough. Try bringing the club back a little flatter, then try to match that plane on your way down. Need to use more of your body, your swing appears to be mostly arms/shoulders. Your weight should shift from back foot (at the top of your backswing) to your front foot after impact. Honestly, hop on youtube and look up some drills, and watch some pros slowmo shots while checking their body position during certain points of the swing (feet, hips, sternum, arms, hands).
Most people will just say “get a lesson”. Which I agree that will help a great deal, but there’s a certain pride you get from constructing your swing on your own (later on down the road when you finally “figure it out”, which will take years if I’m being honest).
