INDIANAPOLIS, IND – Day two of the UIndy Fall Invite saw fierce competition near the top of the leaderboard. When the results went final, Gannon ended the tournament tied for fourth place out of 14 teams and was one of six teams to finish under par for the day.

THE KNIGHT CAP


The Italian Stallion – Mattia Parrini (Verolengo, Italy/Verolengo) picked up where he left off from Monday. The junior turned in an impressive one under 71 in the final round to finish tied for 16th at -4.
Rasmus Not Far Behind – Rasmus Seppanen (Bastad, Sweden/Akademi Bastad Gymnasium) found his stride on the back nine of the final round, sinking three birdie putts to end his 54 holes at three undre par, finishing insde the top 20.

Climbing the Leaderboard- Giovanni Delorenzi (Reggio Emilia, Italy/International School of Modena) finished tied for 29th out of 84 players at one over par. He was one of three Golden Knights, however, to finish under par (-1) for the final round.



Individual Success – Kyle Westfall (Erie, Pa./Northwest Pennsylvania Collegiate Academy (Erie)) strung together a solid performances in the final round (+1) to enter the top 50 and tie for 46th.


THE NEXT ROUND

Gannon will have a quick turnaround to compete in the Sunnehanna Collegiate on September 29th and 30th in Johnstown, PA.
