SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – The Missouri Sports Hall of Fame announced the Price Cutter Charity Championship will not happen in 2026 at Highland Springs Country Club.

The golf course and the Korn Ferry Tour could not agree on a date. The tour asked for a date in June. Highland Springs Country Club could not accommodate. The last few years of the tournament have been played in July or August.

The Missouri Sports Hall of Fame has served as the host organization of the Korn Ferry Tour stop since 1990. The tour was then called the Ben Hogan Tour. Entering 2025, the tournament had raised more than $20.5 million for local children’s charities in its history.

Rob Marsh of the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame issued the following statement regarding the move.

“For more than 30 years, the Price Cutter Charity Championship has proudly supported children’s charities across the Ozarks, thanks to the unwavering support of our community, sponsors, and partners.

While the PGA Tour’s 2026 schedule and course availability will not align for next year’s event, our mission remains unchanged. We are actively working with local leaders and sponsors to shape a new community-focused experience that will continue the legacy of giving and connection this tournament has inspired for decades.

We look forward to sharing more details soon, and thank our supporters for their continued belief in the power of coming together for a great cause.”
