Trump BLASTED For Skipping Charlie Kirk Vigil To Play Golf

So last Sunday at the Kennedy Center, which of course is firmly under Donald Trump’s control, there was a vigil held for Charlie Kirk. Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson was there. Secretary of Health and Human Services and noted sewage swimming enthusiast Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was there. Caroline Levitt was there. And Donald Trump was at his golf course. That’s right, folks. at the official vigil in Washington DC featuring all of these prominent Republicans and Trump’s friends. Donald Trump could not be bothered to attend it because he was too busy being in Jersey at his Bedminster Golf Resort because he had an event there Saturday night. but he didn’t have an event there on Sunday and the Kennedy Senator uh center thing was at 6 PM on Sunday. So, he had plenty of time to get back. But no, he would rather hang out at his golf course because apparently he never gets the time to do that, you know? I mean, when is he going to get another chance to go to one of his own golf resorts, folks? Let’s be real here. Um, so he skipped it. He skipped it. Trump has spent at least one out of every four days at his own golf resorts. On average, no less than two to three days a week. So, he goes there constantly, but he couldn’t be bothered to go out there and attend this vigil for the man who on the night he died said he was like a son to him. Well, maybe apparently he was like a son to him because he didn’t even bother going to the vigil. I mean, it’s kind of obvious Trump doesn’t care that much about his kids. So maybe Trump was trying to give us a little clue as to how little he thought of Charlie Kirk, who for the record, Trump owes his career to people like Charlie Kirk. what Turning Points USA did. Granted, I agreed disagreed with a 100% of it. You cannot deny the fact that it was a powerful movement that helped propel multiple Republican politicians into stardom and into office. But Trump can’t be bothered with that. And this is also very similar, of course, to that viral comment that went out earlier this past week where Trump was asked by a recorder, a reporter, excuse me, getting a little tongue tied today. asked by a reporter, you know, uh, about Charlie Kirk and Trump said, “Yeah, yeah, it’s awful.” By the way, you see this construction? We got people, they’re building my ballroom. It’s going to be awesome, man. I love this. Oh, boy. What was the question again? He didn’t care. He doesn’t actually care. And that’s the thing that conservatives, that MAGA, that Turning Point USA, that’s the thing y’all have to understand about this guy. He is incapable of caring about another human being other than himself. I know y’all think that Donald Trump is standing with you. No. He’s done a couple of very short performances to demonize people that he hates, people that he wants to take out. Not because you want them gone. He did it for himself. He doesn’t give a damn. and he never will. He never has. And sure, he is supposed to be attending the official memorial uh today, but who knows? May maybe conditions are great at Mara Lago and he wants to go hit the links. I don’t know. But even if he does show up at that memorial, you know, I don’t know if it’s the official funeral or whatever. Um if he does show up today, I guarantee you it’s going to be all about him and it’s going to be about him going after his enemies. Do not buy into it for a second, MAGA. He has shown you where his priorities are. He has shown you his level of concern and it doesn’t exist. Believe him when he shows you how little he truly cares. Thanks for watching everyone. A vigil for Charlie Kirk was held at The Kennedy Center last Sunday, but Donald Trump was nowhere to be found. Instead, he was hanging out at his Bedminster golf club in New Jersey all weekend, not actually caring about what happened to Kirk. This is in line with Trump’s viral comment where he started boasting about his new ballroom when a reporter asked him about Kirk’s death. Trump doesn’t care about anyone other than himself, and this selfish move should have been seen as a wake up call to the entire MAGA movement. Farron Cousins explains what happened.
