ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Binghamton golf team completed the first two rounds of, “The Goat,” Saturday at the Naval Academy Golf Club.
Through 36 holes, the Bearcats are tied for 10th as a team at 300-296 = 596/28-over par. Jackson Vesper leads Binghamton at 74-73 = 147/5-over par, putting him in a tie for 22nd on the individual leaderboard. Jack Tebeau is one stroke behind Vesper at 75-73 = 148/6-over par, as the freshman is tied for 31st.
Loyola Maryland leads the field 289-284 = 573/5-over par. Navy’s Jack Tarzy is in first place on the individual leaderboard 66-71 = 137/5-under par.
The final round begins on Sunday at 8 a.m., with double tee times.
