developed a over the top movement pulled shots left because of it and recently started to slightly slice it although contact is really good. I’ve been changing up my swing lots lately it makes me inconsistent on the course not sure if I should stay with what I have or keep switching things

Oof, yeah I would basically scrap everything and try to start over. Too many things to fix one by one. Start with a proper set up, and then learn what a good backswing should look and feel like. After that you should be in a better position to address OTT. Best of luck!
Tbh, u need a lot of fix in your swing. Main issue is inability to rotate your body in downswing. Not only that u, don’t rotate around your body enough in backswing that your right elbow gets bent too much at top of backswing. When that happens, the arm will start to straighten and be fully straight at impact(want to be slightly bent)
No comment on the swing but move that mat a bit closer to the net. The first shot nearly went over.
You’re not getting much depth in your back swing
Screw it and swing your swing. If you can control the face and where you bottom out that’ll take you a very long way (definitely scratch with just those two skills and an okay short game)
Are you hitting a good ball? I think people get overzealous on form when practical play matters. Both those shots look straight. I’d personally recommend a more extended draw back, but undoing everything at once is impractical.
