1,200 calories is what my girlfriend Minsaw is currently eating for the next four weeks because somebody has been having a little bit too much fun. Don’t tell my coach. And our holiday is coming up very soon, so she needs to lock in. So, here’s what a full day of eating would normally look like for a girl who’s 5’2, loves food, and has a bottomless appetite. Yeah. Full disclaimer, I would not recommend eating 1,200 calories if you don’t have the correct guidance. Vince is being coached by myself and my team, and she’s been doing this for 4 years now. Every morning she has to have my cup of coffee off. Usually we would fast until like lunchtime, but you kind of got really grumpy because you were hungry. I usually have breakfast. Yeah. And fasting is the most difficult part for me. But if you have this beef bowl, this actually really helped me feel a lot better. And then for lunch, what do we have? Kanim, which is team egg. Yeah, this is a new recipe. And then after that, we went to train afterwards. Big news, you also have a code now as well. Yeah. get. Why do you like Destiny? Actually, no. The reason why you don’t like pre-workout is because you said the itchiness. It makes your itchy. It actually is. But I’ve heard some people get an itchy bum hole, too. So, I guess, you know, if you want an alternative, then Destiny fat burner totally. We didn’t get any training footage that day, so I’m just going to put this one here. Dinner was actually reallying delicious. For some is Korean steamed pork. We usually use the pork belly, but obviously I can’t fit fat anymore. We had it with sam which is like wrapping in lettuce and vegetables and it was very very filling. It was so good. I loved it. After dinner today you actually had calories left for the first time. So I can fit some carbs at the end of my day and rockmelon is one of my favorite. It’s so low calorie and high volume so it’s perfect for me. And also I don’t know who farted so I put this here.     She’s only running this for 4 weeks, and she’s being coached by myself and my team in a very controlled environment. She has 4 years worth of data, she’s a very small person and we know she’s capable of handling this deficit.

    The timeline has been:
    Starting weight was 59kg, ran a relaxed cut at around 1500 calories for 16 weeks.
    Went back to maintenance at 54-53kg of around 2000 calories for 6 weeks as we had events every week.
    Now running these 1200 calories for the last 4 weeks to fnish the last 2-3kg before we head into September and October where we have events every week and our trip to Korea to meet her family.

    I know you’ve said you don’t follow a meal plan and it would be beneficial to see how that is done through the week.

  4. Your body is so much more than how it looks! Your legs take you everywhere, your arms hug the people you love and take care of you, your belly lets you eat all of your favorite foods! Escape this idea that you are not enough… Whatever magic or whatever you believe in created something as magical as the moon, also decided you were worth creating. Remind yourself.And take care of yourself out of love. For everything your body does to keep you alive. To sleep better and live independantly and sweat out toxins and support gut health and have the energy to live in the way you want to, not just survive. Do it out of love

  5. Honeydew melon and Cantaloupe (or rock melon) are a game changer during a cutting phase. Add some Tajin seasoning and it’s amazing.
