The only time I was asked to play though was by 4 guys in their 50-60s and I hit the best drive of my life. I then proceeded to 5 putt.
Absolutely rubbish
This happened to me once on a par 3. Topped it down the hill about 60-70 yards short of the green. Embarrassed, I go down to hit my 2nd shot, and hole it out. Didn’t realize I holed it til I heard the 2 dudes that let me play through cheer for me. Still one of the best golf memories i have
