My only hole in one was for a 3.
Had a hole in 3 a few years ago. Par 3 over a pond, first shot hit fat into the water, second is a penalty, re-tee and hit it great, right onto the green and rolled in the hole for a 3. I have the ball on display on a rack at home, with “hole in 3” written on it.
Never had a hole in one in more than 3,000 lifetime rounds of golf.
I never rehit a tee shot on a par 3 (can’t think of a ball that ever went OB on a par 3). So nothing good can come of it.

Pretty much same as yours except my first never touched land. Drained the second.
