Murray State’s Trey Wall was named Missouri Valley Conference C0-Golfer of the Week as announced from the home office of the league in St. Louis.
A sophomore, Wall recorded scores of 66-66-73=205 to tie for second at the Joe Feaganes Marshall Invitational in Huntington, W.V.
Wall’s good play helped the Racers finish second as a team with a three-round 280-271-286=837, 10 strokes off the pace of team champ Eastern Kentucky.
Wall shared the award with SIU’s Anthony De Schutter.
