I’ve watched him be railroaded. And something that people don’t talk about that I’m gonna say on this show is if you could see one guest on our show, who would it be? Have y’all had Chris on here yet? Chris Brown? No. That’ll be a good one. My boy. Let me tell you why. One of the reasons why I created one of my shows was because of what they did to Chris. Mhm. You know, he never really got an opportunity to be in a space where he can articulate himself and [ย __ย ] that he went through cuz there are parts of his story that I know about for sure. But it’s his place to talk about another man’s [ย __ย ] bro. But I love for him to be in a space where I know he’s protected and I know y’all were protected. That’s my boy. And it would give him an opportunity to speak. Chris Brown is literally one of the most talented people, if not the most talented person I’ve ever worked with. I really think that bro just always needed more men around him. Not [ย __ย ] not males, but bro, he just needed more men and the type of men that you all are. Y’all don’t need nothing from him. Y’all are the type of men that I want to see my little brother around. And he’s one of the few people in this game that I ever really cared about. Really? You know what I’m saying? And I’ve watched him be railroaded. And something that people don’t talk about that I’m going to say on this show is Chris Brown never ever he could have condemned a lot of people. He never threw nobody else under the bus. Yeah. Ever. And he could have thrown a lot of [ย __ย ] under the bus. Y and he never did. He kept his mouth shut.

I do feel that without that incident, CB would've absolutely been up for a SB half time show by now. When he did that MJ tribute performance, he performed his heart out and even cried. I thought he was largely forgiven by the public then. I could definitely understand if he didn't want to talk about it and just dredge up all that ire again. Maybe, the public has moved on from it the way he sells out venues, but, the actual entertainment industry has gate kept him out of opportunities.
Rihanna was fighting on him 1st! He was an abused boyfriend who finally snapped. Us in VA know! Remembering the visit at the studio and how nasty and dismissive she was to him and others!!
CB deals with the double standard from "mainstream" media other Black entertainers do. It was like Black people put him on a brief timeout, but theymoved on when Rihanna did. Seems like star continued to rise even he continued having a lot of problems publicly. I'm not sure what throwing other people under the bus has to do with those problems – is he saying he took the fall for something he didn't do? That part was confusing to me.
