LOGAN, Utah – Utah State’s golf team officially opens its 2025-26 season at the Colorado State-hosted Ram Masters Invitational on Thursday and Friday, Sept. 11-12.
 
The 54-hole tournament will be played at the Fort Collins Country Club. The par-70 course will play at 7,234 yards.
 
Joining the Aggies and host Rams in the 16-team field is CSU Fullerton, CSU Northridge, Denver, Illinois State, Long Beach State, Sacramento State, UC Davis, UC San Diego, UC Santa Barbara, Utah Tech, Utah Valley, Weber State, Wichita State and Wyoming.
 
Teams will play 36 holes on Thursday and 18 holes on Friday with a shotgun start both days at 8 a.m. (MT). Live scoring will be available at scoreboard.clippd.com.

About the Aggies
Scheduled to compete for the Aggies are sophomore Toby Heider (Kimberly, Idaho), sophomore Noah Moody (Vineyard, Utah), freshman Zach Skinner (Providence, Utah), sophomore Chase Goetschel (Trabuco Canyon, Calif.) and sophomore Hunter Hall (Cody, Wyo.).
 
Heider is the most experienced Aggie heading into the season as he competed in three tournaments as a freshman a year ago and had a stroke average of 73.78 over nine rounds. He shot two rounds under par last spring, including a 3-under 69 during the second round of the Mountain West Championships. In that tournament, he finished with a 1-under 215 (72-69-74) for his low 54-hole score.
