Pardon? Who? Me? What should the putting stroke look like? Welcome back to 15-minute golf drills. Today we’re talking about one of the easiest putting drills that you can set up and practice. All you’re going to need for this is a couple golf balls, two T’s, your putter, and somewhat of a straight putt. Anywhere from like four to seven feet. That’s it. Now, before we set this up, I got a question for you. We’ve all seen one of the best putters to ever exist do this drill practically before every single tournament round. And his name’s Tiger. So, if he’s doing a drill that’s this easy to set up and simple, and he’s one of the best putters in the world, call me crazy. You’re crazy. Okay, relax. But maybe we should be doing it, too. Don’t you think? I’m going to let that one marinate. All I’ve done is picked a relatively straight five-footer. I’m going to set up a golf ball where I intend to hit every putt from and place my two T’s on either side of the putter head with just a little bit of space. I’m going to squat down now to make sure I get it correct. Aiming the butterhead right in the center of the cup. One T on either side with just a little bit of space. I don’t know the exact distance. It’s just a little bit. Once you’re here, all I want you to do is hit a bunch with one hand, just like he did. He was one of the best to ever do it. We should probably copy him. And a bunch with the other hand. And then a bunch with both hands. Now, exactly how many is a bunch? I don’t know. Just a bunch until you feel like you’ve practiced enough. But we don’t have to set up crazy elaborate putting drills. Sometimes just two T’s and a five-footer is enough. Make sure to like, comment, follow, share for more. Let me know in the comments down below what you want to talk about

  1. I’m that guy waking up 6am WC to watch the first pairings warm up before their tee time and they’re always doing fundamental drills…I’m with you, if the Pros are doing it then we all should too
